Charcoal grill restaurant but there is no smoke extractor, so when 1 2 grill tables, smoke fills the whole shop. Staff are not trained, working very inefficiently. I ordered 1 hot pot stoves, but the 1st time they brought up 1 cold pot then left it there and ran away, 15 mins later they came back, brought the pot down to the kitchen to heat for nearly 20 minutes before bringing it up again, then the staff had no lighter so they left the pot there and ran to find one, a moment later another staff member brought a lighter out and burned their hands carrying the pot up. Just setting up the hot pot stove took over half an hour, 2 3 people running back and forth 5 6 times to finish, and when serving other dishes it was similar. Overall, the management does not train staff properly, leading to the fact that although the shop is small with many staff, I sat eating for nearly an hour and a half and saw everyone running around busily, but the service speed for my table and other tables was still extremely slow, 1 work had to go through 2 3 people to get done Food is also quite expensive. 8 people ate more than 2tr1 but after eating still had to go to another place to eat because of being too hungry The shop's parrot is cute so +1 star

Honestly speaking, I have never eaten at 1 such a terrible restaurant: - Grilled food is bland, terrible, shrimp is not fresh…, prices are quite high…; - The small Thai hot pot is nearly 250k but only has a sparse 3 shrimp & a few tiny fish balls; hot pot broth is bland and terrible…; - Grill stove is too weak so grilling takes a very long time (no fan so the stove is weak); - Dining table feels dirty & not clean…., ordered a Lemon tea glass and they brought up 1 takeout plastic cup…; *** In short: Believed the words on FB reviews so came to try & …… will never return again….; Too bad to express completely.
