Because I saw it opposite Langfarm, I stopped by to try it. The cafe is quite crowded, mostly tourists, but thanks to the spacious area with seating downstairs in the back, there were comfortable tables to sit at. The beef noodle soup menu is diverse, the broth is not too rich, kind of light flavor with spicy sate, suitable for guests from many regions, while those used to the rich southern flavor will find it bland. The staff served enthusiastically, bringing out the food in about 5-10 minutes despite the crowd, very standard for tourism, the price is also reasonable for the market, only thing is the bamboo-tube rice chicken menu stopped selling so I couldn't stop by for lunch.

Eating in a stone bowl keeps the heat so you can enjoy it completely. The shrimp paste here is fragrant. The plate of fresh green vegetables is vibrant. The piece of rib is large and generous. The restaurant is clean. The security uncle is lovely.

I just dropped by to eat at Bún Bò Thố Đá Cát Mộc Trân, quite an interesting experience compared to traditional bún bò. The special point of the cafe is that the bún bò is served in a hot stone bowl, when brought out the broth is still boiling so it retains heat for a very long time. When adding noodles and meat into the bowl, the broth continues to boil gently, so it is still hot until the end. Broth: flavorful, balanced taste, with a characteristic aroma. Beef: tender, cut into bite-sized pieces, not chewy. Toppings: sausage, beef, fresh herbs served alongside are quite fresh. Space: clean, airy, suitable for eating with friends or family. Service: fast and friendly. Price: reasonable compared to the presentation and food quality. 💡 Tip: you should come when the place is not too crowded for faster service. Overall this is a place worth trying if you want to experience piping hot stone bowl bún bò different from the usual bún bò style.

I went right during Tết so the place was extremely crowded. Luckily the space is quite large so sitting was still comfortable. In my opinion, if you sit in the area behind the house it will be cooler because it is an open space. I ordered a bowl with everything, quite a lot of toppings. The beef tendon part was crispy and very delicious. The broth was rich and served in a stone bowl so it was always hot, piping with steam. Thanks to that, just dipping the side vegetables in makes them cooked just right while keeping their crispness. The restaurant also sells fried dough sticks to eat along, this is the first time I've eaten bún bò served with fried dough sticks. However, because I went during Tết, the service was quite slow. I had to sit and wait for nearly 30 minutes to get my dish. In return, the parking security uncle was very enthusiastic. If everyone drops by to eat, you can tip him a little money.

The beef noodle soup is delicious, however the service is bad. Going on a day with many group tours, waiting for more than 30 minutes to get food, people who arrived first didn't have food yet while people who arrived later already did.
