If you are looking for a place to indulge your sweet tooth in the heart of the foggy city, Ca Rem Bong Bong in alley 202 Phan Dinh Phung is a location you cannot miss. The cafe offers diners a table full of extremely diverse artisanal ice cream flavors, ranging from light, fresh flavors to rich, bold, explosive flavors. The most impressive highlight here is the salted plum ice cream flavor, which is extremely delicious and special, bringing a taste experience that is both unique and captivating. In addition to the cool scoops of ice cream, the cafe also cleverly combines them with an exclusive hot signature dish, creating an extremely interesting and appetizing hot-and-cold fusion. Overall, with carefully crafted artisanal ice cream quality and flavors characteristic of Da Lat people, this is definitely an ideal stop for those looking for a sweet and fresh culinary experience!
If you are looking for a place to indulge your sweet tooth, this is a location you cannot miss. A table full of ice cream flavors from light to rich, combined with a hot signature dish. Here is a detailed review for each emotion: - Strawberry Ice Cream: A refreshing start Opening with a gentle pastel pink strawberry ice cream scoop. The biggest plus is the very natural slight sourness, without the feeling of artificial syrup. This sour taste helps awaken the taste buds extremely well before moving on to bolder flavors. - Longan Ice Cream: The star of the party (Must Try!) This is my true love out of the entire ice cream tray. Longan ice cream has a distinct, elegant, yet very clear aroma. The longan sweetness is rich, extremely suitable for sweet tooth lovers. If you like a sweet aftertaste that melts right on the tip of your tongue, this is definitely a 10 point choice with no buts! - Chocolate Ice Cream & Coffee Ice Cream: A rich duo • Chocolate: Not harsh sweet, but slightly bitter and very sophisticated. This bitter taste helps balance the overall mix if you accidentally ate too many sweets before. • Coffee: An explosion of aroma. The coffee ice cream here is very fragrant, perfect for those addicted to the scent of roasted coffee beans. 🍌 Flambéed Banana with Rum: A characterful Signature dish This was the most anticipated dish, but also caused the most "controversy" for my personal taste: • Appearance: The banana is golden caramelized, looking extremely tempting. • Flavor: The banana is soft, super sweet, accompanied by a cool ice cream scoop, creating a very interesting hot-and-cold resonance. • Small note: For me, the rum flavor here is quite strong. If you are someone who likes a rich, warm alcohol taste lingering in your mouth, you will love it even more. However, if you are not used to distinct alcohol in food, you should consider sipping slowly!

Too many people recommended this place on every platform, so I decided to try it and review it :)))) After trying it, I understood why everyone recommends it so much 🥹. You definitely have to try the grilled banana ice cream – the shop's best seller, it's deliciously charming 😭🍌 The grilled bananas are fragrant, eaten together with the cold, rich ice cream. I still remember the taste until now, I will definitely come back for the 2 time 😜 Save it and drop by to try it RIGHT NOW.
The shop is located in 1 pretty small alley on Phan Dinh Phung street, I think cars can drive in, but need to check with the shop first. I ordered 3 scoops of ice cream + 1 cakes Overall 3 portions of ice cream were all delicious, moderately sweet, with distinct fruit flavors. I was extremely impressed with the Hanoi plum ice cream with chili salt, very attractive The 2 remaining ice cream flavors (pink guava, longan) melted a bit easily
Cute little ice cream shop with many flavors, 25k for 1 scoops, and egg waffles as well. I tried the rum flambé banana for 75k, rum flambé banana served with vanilla ice cream, the banana has a fragrant golden caramel layer that is very appealing, but eating it I didn't feel the rum flavor very clearly, I only felt the banana was slightly warm, eaten together with vanilla ice cream, I actually prefer the rum raisin ice cream here more, the rum flavor is very distinct, anyone who likes alcohol flavor should try the rum ice cream, I think the rum ice cream goes better with flambé banana than vanilla ice cream, I wonder if the flavor can be swapped 😅.
