If you are looking for a warm, flavorful bowl of Ramen in the heart of Da Lat, Chisai Ramen Shop is an option worth considering. The shop has a cute space and dishes praised by many diners for being generous and reasonably priced.
+1 my favorite go-to spot every time I go to Da Lat 🥺 I have eaten here several times already and still love it as much as the first time. Probably because it really suits my taste, rich broth, overflowing toppings 🫠 Plus the cute space, the decor makes you want to take pictures right away. Tourists who love ramen – curry style dishes like this should give it a try, it's really addicting after eating 🤤
The cheapest and most delicious ramen shop in Da Lat that a tourist like me could find. Must try immediately! The shop is located in a small steep alley, warm and comfortable space. The beef ramen bowl looks full, with lots of toppings. Rich broth, slightly creamy but easy to eat. Soft beef, shredded so it absorbs the broth, rich soft-boiled egg. It feels like the shop adjusted the flavor a bit to suit the local taste, but still delicious. The mixed ramen comes with a separate miso soup, light and warming for the stomach. The mixed noodles are not dry, sauce is moderately rich. The deep-fried pork cutlet is a large piece, crispy skin, soft meat inside, served with egg and corn which is quite balanced. Especially, the shop has pickled red ginger, usually only available in large restaurants or sushi places, super delicious. Eating it with ramen reduces the greasiness, enhancing the flavor. Too bad I haven't tried the shop's fried gyoza yet. Price around 40-60k a dish. Friendly staff. In summary, this is my favorite ramen shop in terms of both price and excellent quality
The cafe is okay, the price is at an average level. The bowl of chicken ramen I ate was 56k The staff is subtle, seeing that I didn't have a hair tie, they proactively gave me a hair tie. The portion is large, fulling, but also not too excellent, in summary it's okay
The cafe reminds me of memories 12 years ago when I visited 1 ramen noodle shop in district 5 highly rated on Foody. At first I was also excited, but when I tasted it, I was extremely disappointed because the taste was too bad. Strangely, the taste of this shop is very similar to that shop :)), even the majority of customers are pupils and students. Myself as 1 person passionate about traditional Ramen, I cannot accept it, so for anyone who wants to find 1 authentic shop, you should not visit. 6/10
***Review About the Restaurant*** - This noodle shop is very delicious, service speed is fast, the broth of the ramen is not too salty like other shops, the chicken curry rice is equally delicious, fragrant and piping hot, rich flavor, quite good. - The menu must be scanned via QR code stuck on the table. Prices are reasonable, cheap, suitable for everyone's pocket. The menu also has many dishes with different listed prices, the shop serves drinks too. - The shop is small though, during peak dining hours it gets crowded and you have to wait for a table because it's full. The shop has wifi and is designed in Japanese style, high tables and chairs are easy to sit and eat, with full condiments included. - Enthusiastic staff who arrange seating, communicate politely, wear neat uniforms, work quickly, and pay attention to customers. Very satisfied with the service. - Will definitely return to the shop during the upcoming trip to Da Lat. *Review Date: 03/03/2026*
