Prices on the menu seem high, but to be fair, 1 dishes for 2 people eating is still enough. 3. Braised sturgeon dish: fish is not fresh, slightly fishy 4. The restaurant should find a way to operate to make everything best; the big issue is that customers will be very uncomfortable having to wait a long time because not everyone has much time.

I dropped by the restaurant to try the food because the reviews looked appealing, but when I actually ate there, I was a bit disappointed. The dishes I ordered, especially the braised fish, were the most disappointing. I remember the dish was called braised sturgeon in a clay pot, but the sauce was watery and bland, feeling like the fish wasn't cooked long enough, and the dish was cold too. The 2 dish that disappointed me was the mustard greens soup with shrimp, which only had a few tiny chopped pieces of shrimp. Only the fried fish dish was the most acceptable among the 3 dishes. The price at the restaurant is also slightly higher than other places, and I understand this is reasonable since it's right on the main street, but the restaurant should still serve dishes more carefully and focus a bit more on quality. The staff's attitude was very strange. I had just sat down and picked up the menu without having time to look at anything when the staff member asked for the order. Then I said I'd take a look first, and they just stood there staring. I browsed and ordered under pressure, because by nature, when I know someone is waiting, I hurry up and just pick anything to get it over with. The staff member who brought out the food was also strange, serving the dishes in complete silence, and when I said thank you, they walked away in complete silence as well. This might be me being a bit picky, but if the staff could name the dish when serving, or wish the customer a good meal, or at least respond or smile when a customer proactively thanks them so the customer feels interacted with, but they walked straight off in 1 silence. In short, among the countless choices of clay pot rice eateries in Da Lat, the restaurant is not enough to make me decide to return. I hope the restaurant can fix this so customers have a better experience.
Every time I go to Da Lat, I visit the restaurant to eat. The food is delicious, and the service is friendly. The restaurant space is spacious, and I see 1 highlight of the restaurant is the antique decoration, which is very nostalgic. Every time I eat rice here, I am satisfied with the restaurant and the food; the meal is delicious, just like home-cooked meals. The restaurant is very easy to find right at the university 5 intersection 😍
The restaurant is delicious, cheap, with attentive and enthusiastic service. The space is well-decorated in a nostalgic countryside style. Every dish is flavorful. Vi Que claypot rice is a must-try. Will definitely return
