Xam BBQ is a choice for you to experience a buffet grill party in Da Lat at an affordable price. However, the restaurant may need to improve food quality and service speed to bring a better experience.
The menu doesn't have too many dishes, adding extra money to the 210k ticket to eat beef, but the beef was too tough, the beef belly was sliced too thin - shredded. Halfway through eating, the restaurant announced they ran out of chicken feet, even though I had just entered the restaurant for a little bit. Food took extremely long to come out, ordering dishes and sitting until my stomach was bloated without seeing any more dishes brought out, the staff had only one person running back and forth, which was quite pitiful. There was only one type of dipping sauce, which was quite boring. Especially the GRILLED OYSTER WITH QUAIL EGG dish, the oyster was as big as a baby clam 😀 Overall not worth the money

The worst BBQ grilling experience ever. The charcoal stove was so bad. It felt like paying to get frustrated. For 1 hours, 5 people only got a few pieces of meat each. Probably the first time we ever had to go eat and use our hands and paper to fan the stove to make it hotter. Asking the staff didn't help either, as they had no other way.
The buffet restaurant has a limited service time (120 minutes) There are 2 price tiers 159k and 199k (includes additional beef and pig udder) Our group of 6 people chose the 199k tier, but the experience was terrible 1. The 199k tier includes beef and pig udder, but you have to ask staff to bring them out. Our group had to call many times before the servers brought them up. Each time they brought only 1 tray (the tray has very little beef and udder, spreading the meat tray onto the grill is not even enough to cover 1 grill) 2. Very little charcoal, it takes forever to grill and the food barely cooks. Asking staff to add charcoal resulted in only 1 piece of charcoal added, and we had to call many times to get served (over 3 times). So helpless. Truly the first time I've eaten at a buffet and felt so ruined in mood. And the first time having such an experience. A group of 6 kids sitting and staring at the grill with coals that could only warm up the meat 😂😂😂. 3. No grill grate change. I asked many times and still didn't get the grate changed. 6 people in 120 minutes only got 1 grill grate change... --> This is my first time posting a review. But honestly, eating at the NONSENSE BUFFET restaurant in Da Lat left our group feeling so helpless. We came back from eating completely depressed.
I went to eat more than a month ago, but only now am I free to write a review. Overall, the atmosphere of the cafe is okay, the food is delicious, and the service is fast and enthusiastic. Oh, there is a super handsome male staff member here.
