Di Dinh Grilled Rice Paper in Da Lat.
I've been eating here for about 6-7 years and only now have the chance to rate it The place is quite crowded, I recommend going around 2h30 ~ 3h30 when it's less busy. It's crowded but the rice paper comes out quickly Hot, crispy rice paper with many rich, well-seasoned, and creamy mixed flavors. Personally, the rolled rice paper was a bit oily with too much sauce so it was soggy, my hands were dirty earlier so I forgot to take a picture haha. Affordable prices, around 20k-30k 1 per cake. Wait time for food and a table is around 15-30 minutes.
Delicious everyone, the soft-boiled egg baked rice paper suits my taste best, only downside is it's a bit crowded but lining up for a little bit gets you a table
Di Dinh Grilled Rice Paper is one of the quite famous snack spots in Da Lat, especially for tourists who want to try authentic street-style "Da Lat pizza". The cafe is always crowded, especially in the evening, and there is a possibility of having to wait in line when coming to eat, but it is quite fast. The rice paper here is baked quite crispy, with a generous filling of eggs, green onions, beef jerky, sausage, and many other toppings depending on the type. When grilled over charcoal, the cake has a very attractive characteristic aroma. The crust is crispy but not too hard, very delicious when eaten hot. A plus point is that the menu is quite diverse, so it is easy to choose according to taste. However, because the cafe is famous, you often have to wait a bit during peak hours. The cafe space is quite simple, just like a popular street food spot, mainly sitting on plastic chairs in an alley. Overall, if you come to Da Lat and want to try local authentic grilled rice paper, Di Dinh Grilled Rice Paper is a place worth trying. Reasonable prices, rich flavor, and bringing the true street food atmosphere of Da Lat.
The grilled rice paper cafe is extremely crowded, I went on a weekday and had to wait in line for about 20 minutes. I ordered 1 combination and 1 runny egg, the runny egg was very delicious while the combination was a bit heavy.
This place is crowded so they are always grilling continuously, the rice paper comes out piping hot and tastes so satisfying. I found the grilled rice paper here much delicious than the rolled rice paper, the toppings are just right, rich in flavor, and very addictive. Sitting and waiting a bit, but in return you always get hot rice paper so it is quite worth it. Lively atmosphere, true to the style of a go-to eatery. The space is spacious, staff are cute Overall it is delicious, worth trying. Anyone who likes grilled rice paper should stop byyyyy
