Drink prices are reasonable, my friend and I drank hot ginger tea for 75k and hot cocoa for 75k. The ginger tea tasted good, though I bought hot drinks and by the time I drank them they turned cold because I was busy taking photos :))) Cloud hunting here is also beautiful, not as close to the clouds as Cau Dat, but the view is still pretty, there are nice photo spots, and it was quite crowded the day I went The decor down below is also very pretty The cafe invests a lot in decor and photo spots There are 2 host dogs (my cafe criteria 🥰): Den (often scares guests, often threatens to nip guests), Lisa (gentle, pragmatic, only comes over when called if there's food :))) ) Day visited: early morning 27/1/26 Drink: 75k/cup Parking: free

I visited Hoang Hon Chieu Cafe in month 2 and found that the cafe has a pretty nice sunset view. At the time I went, the sun set slightly behind the mountain so I couldn't see it completely, but the scenery was still very nice. In my opinion, if you go around month 4–8 when the sunset direction shifts the other way, you will likely be able to watch a prettier and more complete sunset. Drink prices here are quite ok compared to the general standard. The cafe has many check-in corners, even before entering to order you can take photos, the space is wide and spreads from bottom to top so it feels quite airy.

One of the cafes in Da Lat where the way there is not difficult, there are only 1 slopes when going up to the cafe, girls can still rev up and get there easily. Delicious drinks, large portions, I couldn't finish mine at all. The cafe is spacious, multi-story, if walking up everyone should avoid wearing high heels because it's easy to hurt your feet. If you love taking photos, you should go early about 2 hour before sunset to both chill and take lots of photos, then watch the sunset right away.

Went since the Tet holiday 2025 and now I'm finally sitting down to review. The cafe is a bit deep into 1 but also easy to find through... the words of some aunts and uncles along the way. There is a spacious motorbike parking area. Cars are also accommodated, it's just a walk of 1 segment of about a few hundred... calories. The parking attendants are a bit homely looking but cheerful. 🤣 The entrance is a bit small 1, but it's not a problem, it's also cute. I arrived at the cafe around nearly 8 AM so of course I missed cloud hunting + sunrise, only left with free sun-chasing, at least it's airy with cool breezes. The high-angle view down is quite clear even though nothing is too special. At night when the lights are on down in the valley it must be much prettier. Simple decoration, common style, a bit safe not very special, mainly viewing down the greenhouse area. Almost panoramic. At night it must be much more splendid. There are many seating areas, some high views quite easy to cast your gaze down below although those spots are a bit sunny. Tet holiday, still during the festive days so the cafe was crowded, had to beg, negotiate, bargain, use tricks of all kinds to finally get 1 seating spot that consumed the least calories, with an acceptable view. Going up the stairs on the upper hill there are a few more airy seating areas, wider views but a bit sunny and... tired. Probably due to getting old. In short, going at night or early morning cloud hunting will surely be the golden time of the cafe. Drink prices seemed to be leveled during Tet, noticed everyone had the same price of 100k/cup despite different types of drinks, my hot black coffee was no exception. Probably included the Tet surcharge. No public menu seen. Order and pick up drinks at the counter. The hot coffee was served in a paper cup, porcelain tea cup was quite ok because there are many cafes serving iced tea in paper cups 1 times holding it like a... Saigon bread drenched in lots of sauce. Of course with this crowd you can sit all day and not see any serving staff, forget about the iced tea refilling service too. Ordered items: Hot black coffee - priced at 100k (during Tet occasion) Average coffee, bold Robusta with a thoroughly roasted style, slightly bitter and burnt. Ordinary iced tea, not prominent.

On 13/2 we came here to hunt clouds, but unfortunately it didn't rain yesterday so there weren't many clouds today, mainly viewing clouds from afar over the forest. But here there is a beautiful sunrise view, the cafe has many views from low to high. Drinks are around 75k, we bought extra rice paper mixed with salt for 30k, but 3 people eating still couldn't finish it :)) Hunting clouds also really requires good luck to encounter them.
