Huong Quan Da Lat

STAFF ATTITUDE!!! Going on the 30/4-1/5 holiday, I rented a hotel nearby and walked past 2 on the holiday days; it was completely empty with no cars and no customers. On 2/5, I stopped in to eat by chance and met a staff member with a terrible attitude. My family had just arrived and chose a table upstairs because it was airy. As soon as we sat down, my mother ordered right away (since we had checked the menu online beforehand), but as soon as she opened her mouth to order, that staff member answered abruptly without head or tail: "wait a bit" with a very annoyed attitude toward my mother. (The restaurant was empty, so was the employee sleeping/resting and annoyed at having to serve customers?) My family and I both saw and heard it, and intentionally asked each other what the staff member said so that the employee would know. But they continued that attitude throughout the ordering process. Abrupt and answering my parents in a 1 very disrespectful way. When my family talked to each other, that staff member even muttered curses under their breath and glared at my family. Bringing out the clay pot rice bowl, they slammed it down on the table and disappeared. Now I understand why during a big holiday, when so many restaurants are crowded, this place is as deserted as a temple. Not to mention the food quality, the soup was extremely salty. The chicken had a good skin layer, juicy meat not dry, but not seasoned through. The clay pot rice was also not true clay pot rice because there was no scorched rice. Generally, the food was tolerable, but right from the start, the black-faced staff attitude *( photo 1 ), so coming 1 times, but there won't be a 2 time if the place keeps that kind of staff quality.
