Lau Ca Tam Tuyen 2 Da Lat in Da Lat.
Came here because of Google reviews. Fresh and clean food, polite and fast service, reasonable prices. I think the restaurant cooks according to Central or Northern tastes, so Southerners who love sweet sour soup with sugar might not be used to the taste, but the restaurant is very crowded and has 4 branches. We had a late lunch so there were seats without waiting. These are 3 best-seller dishes of the restaurant that we ordered after checking reviews beforehand. In short, anyone from the South who loves sweetness in sour hotpot will find it unsuitable.
This restaurant probably doesn't need many reviews, this is my first time eating at this branch. The restaurant is located in a small alley, so I don't recommend going by car. I found it quite hard to find a parking space, and the staff didn't help find a spot either. The hotpot and grilled fish are well seasoned, the fish is fresh, I also tried the salted fish fried rice which was quite tasty. Permission to deduct 1* for the parking aspect, sorry to the restaurant.

Delicious food, cheap prices, good flavor. The day I came at 12 PM, it wasn't crowded. The raw fish had a bit of a strong smell, but once cooked, it tasted great.
This place is already so famous, no need to say much. Delicious hotpot, affordable prices, fast and neat dish serving. One thing is that because it's a famous place, it's always crowded; the day I went it was raining and almost full. I don't know if the restaurant allows reservations, but if you go in a large group, you should call ahead so they can arrange it better.
First time eating sturgeon and got addicted immediately, too much for 2 people to finish. Especially, the fish balls are chewy and rich, the cartilage is crispy, but they aren't sold separately and come with the hotpot portion so it wasn't satisfying enough. Recommend everyone try the fried fish wrapped in rice paper dipped in fish sauce; the restaurant is very crowded, service is fast and attentive.
