The restaurant placed a storefront sign that is easy to see, but the restaurant itself is located on floor 2 in that building, so walking up is quite tricky & the indoor space has low ceilings which are quite stuffy. The space & images inside the restaurant are not very similar to the advertised images, so arriving there felt a bit disappointing. The food is okay, hearty, and all hotpot broth types suit my taste & are unique. My family ordered 1 combo & ordered an extra 1 round of meatball, beef, and sturgeon, which was enough for 2 adults and 1 babies. A plus point is that requesting extra hotpot broth adds the exact same type of hotpot broth, rather than pouring in bone broth like 1 other places. A minus point is slow food delivery, and the drink portions are small yet filled with a lot of ice. Although the restaurant was not crowded, when asking for extra hotpot broth, the staff reported they were out of broth and had to wait for more to be prepared, while my family's hotpot compartment had dried to the bottom, noodle crumbs were burnt, so adding extra broth into that compartment later made it inedible as well.
