Miet Miet is a cafe hidden in the middle of a Da Lat pine forest, offering a quiet and relaxing space. Although the road in is a bit difficult, the natural scenery and adorable cats will make you forget all your fatigue.
The small road leading to the cafe feels as if it goes on forever without reaching the end, reminding me of the challenging backpacking routes I used to travel. It is not as steep as the road down Tu San Canyon, nor as muddy as the trail into Masara, but it is enough to make even the most experienced drivers cautious. And at that destination, Miet Miet appears like a peaceful stop. Tucked away among the whispering pine trees, comforted by the wind and harmonizing with the melodious sound of birds singing, Miet Miet is like a gentle song poured into a heart that had grown dry. Many people will love the large glass windows on the upper floor, where just reaching out feels like touching the vast sky. But for me, the porch outside holds a strange fascination. Sitting on a rusty chair, leaning back against a wooden wall steeped in time, watching the crisp sunbeams filter through the leaves, casting shadows on the old yellowed plastic roof and rough brick floor... lulled by the wind and the lively bird calls in the early morning, the feeling of peace is strangely beautiful. Miet Miet feels like a private world of its own, completely separated from the bustling Da Lat outside. The cafe serves a diverse menu ranging from drinks and food to accommodation services. I only had time to try the blueberry cold brew, which was very rich and impressive. I hope to have the opportunity to return and experience more. 🖤
The drinks are delicious and suit my taste, there are 2 peach 1 white 1 black, the white one is snobby while the black one is cute 🥰 =))))) The road to the cafe is not suitable for weak drivers, everyone remember to ride carefully

The cafe is hidden deep in the pine forest. Quiet and gentle for anyone wanting to “escape” the crowd. There are a few very friendly cats that even come over to eat cake with guests. I ordered matcha ice cream and tiramisu. The ice cream wasn't to my taste, the matcha flavor was too artificial so I could only eat a 1 bit. The tiramisu cake was a bit better, but after a 1 stretch of road riding all the way into the forest to find the cafe, delicious food would make customers much happier, dear cafe. I haven't tried the cafe's liquor yet, because liquor is only available in the evening and I was a bit hesitant to head back if it got too dark; hopefully next time I return I will be happier :))) The slope is very long and steep, if your driving is weak, find a place to park above and walk down to chill and get some exercise at the same time :)))
Miet Miet is truly a hidden gem on our healing trip this time. At first, looking at Google Maps reviews and seeing the slope down to the cafe was scary, but out of curiosity we still decided to try. And indeed… it was the most frightening slope of all the cafes I've ever visited! After experiencing Miet Miet, slopes like Cay Cam Ngot, Lung Chung, Linh Lam, Khu Vuon Mua He, Nhat Nang… all seem completely normal. ⚠️ Note: The road down is a bit dangerous, especially avoid going on rainy days. Going up/down, one person should ride the motorbike alone while the other walks for safety. The slope isn't very long either; anyone who exercises regularly will find it normal, but since I rarely exercise, climbing up felt like seeing “ten suns”. But OMG, totally worth it! Reaching the cafe, you fall in love immediately: pretty, quiet, and simple cafe, not the noisy check-in virtual-living type. We usually love taking photos and always bring a tripod to Da Lat, yet stepping into the cafe we automatically switched to introvert mode, just wanting to sit back, chill, and enjoy. 🌲 View overlooking a poetic pine forest valley. 🍨 Ice cream is smooth and chewy, no ice crystals, very delicious. 🏡 Space has many large, airy windows; you must take off your shoes when going upstairs. 🐱 Lots of adorable cats, a 2 bed to lie down and chill while waiting for hotel check-in/checkout is super reasonable. 📚 Lots of good books, plenty of power outlets. Minor downside: the toilet is a bit dark. The bed is made of several joined wooden planks, a bit hard; lying across hurts your back so you have to lie lengthwise along the wood. 👉 Summary: The cafe is so cute, so peaceful, right on the “healing” vibe. I will definitely return to Miet Miet!
The cafe is located in the middle of a pine forest, with a large window upstairs facing the pine forest which is very chill. Everyone riding a motorbike should ride carefully because the way in is a bit difficult, and it's also a bit far to walk, but if you like a chill walk, it's also okay. Mulberry yogurt is delicious, the cake is also delicious, reasonable price (I bought the dried strawberries myself, just put them in to take nice pictures) Next time I go to Da Lat, I will return.
