If you are looking for a cafe with a cute space to check in and enjoy delicious pastries, Onion Coffee and Pastry is a choice worth considering. However, you may want to consider the drinks and indoor comfort if you visit on a hot sunny day.
The cafe has a Northwest village space, and the photo angles turn out quite ok. Note that there are no fans or air-conditioned rooms. Drinks are not special, and my friends evaluated that the coffee is not delicious. Staff is quite small in number so old guests' tables are not cleared in time, but when we asked, they were still ok (it is acceptable because the cafe was quite crowded). Advise you to visit when the weather is cool, because when it is too sunny, you cannot open your eyes in photos.
The pastries here are so delicious, every time I go to Da Lat I have to drop by to buy and eat them, and then buy a few cakes to bring back to Saigon. Personal opinion, I like the apple tart and strawberry croissant the most, definitely worth trying.

Apple pie is delicious, apple pie is delicious, apple pie is very delicious, the cream layer on the apple pie is also delicious. The drinks are also very okay, I ordered egg cream coffee and matcha latte. There are 2 huge cute dogs. The day I went it was raining heavily so I didn't have a chance to visit the whole cafe, I will come back because of the apple pie😁
Today Leica had the opportunity to make an official visit to Onion Coffee and Pastry to inspect the situation. Must admit that the cafe has great taste, rustic decor like a wooden house with mud walls, very suitable for the Da Lat vibe. Especially the light here is super beautiful, I just sat randomly in the corner of the porch and the picture turned out sparkling (even though my face was a bit grumpy from waking up early). My parents praised the delicious cakes and drinks, while I gave absolute marks to the space. Anyone who likes vintage photography must definitely drop by!
The apple pie here is said to be a bestseller, so if you want to buy one, you should order a day in advance because the cafe only takes enough orders for the day. The price is fine, and the space has quite a few corners for everyone to take check-in photos. The cafe was a bit crowded when I went, and people had to wait a while to order drinks, but the staff still guided everyone gently and spoke very politely. A recommended cafe when visiting Da Lat.
