If you are a fan of nut milks, 'Sua Nhe !' will bring you many interesting choices with delicious, authentic flavors. However, the shop needs to focus more on hygiene and service quality to provide a better experience.
I had been drinking the milk for a few days, as my friend often bought it for me. Today, when I drank it, there was a piece of tape stuck to a 1 pile of dust and hair. I wanted to throw it all up. The hygiene process is extremely careless.
The milk is cooked to my taste. The menu is stable. The staff are not subtle; I sat at an inner table, and you guys played the music way too loud, so we asked to turn it down, but the manager did not handle it appropriately. On the contrary, they played the music even louder, and the music was extremely noisy. No customer going out to drink healthy nut milk wants noise pollution, and even wanting to talk to a friend required shouting. When paying, the manager was busy looking at their phone, so our table had to speak loudly for them to get startled and call the cashier to print the bill. I hope the shop owner trains your service team; even if you cannot turn it down, you should explain appropriately. Rather than intentionally turning it up louder to make customers feel intimidated.

So disappointed with the attitude of the service people, from the owner to the staff. I gave feedback about the product quality and was even blamed, being told my photo was unclear, even though we only GAVE FEEDBACK ABOUT THE QUALITY AND DID NOT ASK FOR A REFUND. This cake is the exact "MOLD" of the picture posted lol, this color is brown, not burnt, everyone🤣🤣 The cafe's eyes must be blurry so they couldn't see the cake was black 🤣🤣
The milk is not strained of dregs; if possible, please note this on the product so customers can consider it when choosing 🌱
There is a variety of nut milks here (from basic to almond, macadamia..). The milk brewed has the right flavor, not too sweet. I do not recommend the fish cake and egg tart because I found them dry and not fragrant, especially the egg tart (my table bought all kinds of fillings). My niece really likes this kind of cake, but here she tried eating 1 fish/ 1 egg cake and then stopped eating. The prices at the shop are higher than the average local glass of milk. A small glass of milk at the shop costs the same as 1 glass of boba tea. Next time I will try the shop's coffee.
