I am 1 person who is very easygoing with food, today on 1/3 around 11h noon my family entered the restaurant because we saw the reviews were ok, but no, right after entering we met very disappointing staff attitude, met 2 brother and sister (brother wearing restaurant shirt + sister in green shirt) doing service but when customers entered no 1 welcoming smile, indifferent and abrupt attitude very unpleasant... very rarely review, but the experience was too bad, food was ordinary, will not return!!

This review advises everyone not to fomo, especially those with weak health or intestinal problems, weak resistance... Here are my honest feelings including: 1. I checked the restaurant menu on TikTok first, then arrived and was surprised because the price increased by about 100k (each combo) 2. I chose a medium grill and hotpot combo for 2 people, the grill portion when brought out looked very small, mushy, and watery (hesitated for a long time before taking a picture to upload only on locket like the image below) 3. Overall, the restaurant was not clean, few staff 4. ESPECIALLY "DEFINITELY THERE IS AN ISSUE WITH HYGIENE AND FOOD", my friend had diarrhea all that night, while I started having similar symptoms after 1 days (but worse), had to be hospitalized for acute enteritis (condition has lasted 3 days now)
