I booked 1 nights in a premium room for 401 1 million 4 with a very beautiful pine forest view, however the room is quite small compared to the photos & price, the service is thoughtful and attentive

The hotel is right in the central location but located in a resort villa area so it is very quiet. Beautiful and airy view. Service is good. If you have an anniversary party, book in advance to get room decoration everyone.

The hotel is near the center. As for the rest, with a room price of 1390k for 2n1đ, I feel it's not really worth it; the room only benefits from having a fragrance sachet so it smells nice when you walk in. The interior is flimsy, run-down, the sofa looks blotchy with cracked leather, very dusty, the shower curtain is old, moldy, and the projector is also moldy, so when used for projection, the mold spots project very unaesthetically. It was advertised as a porcelain bathtub, but it is actually plastic.

High price (around 4 million something for 2 nights) but no customer care, trapping guests with a few bottles of water. Guys, ask carefully which bottle is complimentary so you don't waste extra money; for this price point, I'm talking about the hotel's attitude and service being quite bad, refusing to accept mistakes and talking back. The hotel owner probably doesn't closely supervise these areas, as I haven't seen any large hotel that allows staff to reply to every single review in this style at all (giving feedback is to improve, not to compete with customers, shop).

I just finished my trip to Da Lat 3 days 2 nights and chose to stay at A.N.Y House – truly a very satisfying experience! The homestay is located right on Nguyen Thai Than Street, quite close to the center, about a 10-15-minute walk to Xuan Huong Lake or Lam Vien Square. The room I stayed in was very clean, tidy, with fragrant bedding, fully equipped with amenities, especially with a large window looking out at the pine hill – opening the curtains in the morning lets the sunlight shine in, which is very chill. The space is quiet, suitable for relaxation. Room soundproofing is decent so it isn't affected by outside noise. The receptionist and host couple were friendly, lovely, and supported us very enthusiastically from booking transportation, recommending delicious places to eat, to holding luggage after check-out. I was even given a cup of hot ginger tea on a cold evening – it felt very heartwarming. The room price is extremely reasonable for the quality of service – only about 500.000đ/night. If you are looking for a clean, quiet place to stay with a nice view near the center of Da Lat, I really recommend A.N.Y House!
