I don't know how the cafe is on busy days, but I went when the center was crowded. The cafe was quite empty, the decor didn't look very well cared for, a bit saturated and ordinary compared to other cafes, the flowers and grass were withered, and the drinks were just so-so. The drinks were not cheap.
The cafe is a bit hard to find, having to go over a few slopes that were a bit difficult for me to navigate. The space has many seating corners with a majestic view of the mountains and hills. The cafe has about 5 Alaskas and 1 Corgis (that's what I saw the day I went). The dogs are quite friendly to guests. The menu prices are like the market average (min 65k), and the drinks are well made. However, the cafe plays youth music leaning towards heartbreak songs, which I didn't really like.

The cafe has changed so much compared to before when I went. It's no longer as airy with a full view like before, the decor has changed as well, and the dogs smell a bit even though staff clean up immediately whenever they pee. The prices are also quite high, if asked whether I would return, I'd probably answer no (since prices are high, but the view doesn't match). However, if you like dogs, you should still drop by to play.
Drinks here are ok, pastries are very delicious and reheated for customers. Service is excellent, the staff here just happen to have a lot of fur and a bit too much drool, but their personalities are very open and comfortable, you can pet them anywhere but you have to buy a bag of treats for them to follow you and let you pet them, the corgi in particular is beyond praise, the Samoyeds are a bit pretentious but also very cute. Hope to return here soon.
1 healing and very artistic space I love plants so much, and entering the cafe made me forget the way back. Met the extremely adorable fluffy receptionists. Every corner is check-in-able and extremely relaxing. Coffee and food are quite good. I will visit again next time.
