I really want to rate 5 stars 100 times for this cafe, truly. Wandering through tens of cafes in Da Lat, I finally stumbled upon a cafe with matcha right to my taste, almost 90% standard to the flavor I used to drink at my favorite shops in Sai Gon. ❤ Located halfway up a rather long and narrow slope, the cafe is quite lowkey as all the attention goes to another famous cafe a little bit above 1. But this very lowkey nature brings a very Da Lat vibe that is hard to find in hot cafes nowadays: quiet, peaceful, and poetic. Coming to the cafe on 1 day during a power outage, the tranquility became even more pronounced. Sitting in a corner, enjoying an intensely flavored glass of matcha, listening to all the sounds around, it felt like I was conversing with life 🖤 Unbeatable drinks, prices go hand in hand with quality, or could even be called cheap compared to the quality. Staff are attentive and gentle, just like the vibe of the cafe itself. The bar counter is completely open so everyone can observe them meticulously taking care of each drink to bring the best possible flavor. Ah, I forgot, the dogs and cats at the cafe are also chill like the cafe itself, just lying around yawning, sleeping, and then looking afar thoughtfully at life 🤣 Regrettably, I had to leave quite early, not sure if I could order a few more glasses of various matcha flavors to be satisfied 💯

A drink shop you should visit when going to Da Lat. For those who like a lowkey and chill style. The time I went to Da Lat for 3 days, I visited the shop 2 times already. I brought an acquaintance of mine over, and it matched her taste, so she liked it a lot too. Highly recommend everyone to try the apricot matcha at the shop. The fermented apricot has a light sour taste, mixed with matcha, I don't know why, but it fits my taste so well 🥲 Returning to SG, I've been to many shops but haven't seen any shop that has apricot matcha like here. The shop has a very cute little dog, all 2 times I went I saw it lying up high looking down just like in the picture. So cute 🥹. The shop space is dusty and vintage, so anyone who prefers cleanliness might not fit. The shop has many cute photo corners, you can sit and chill then take a few pretty photos, which is quite fine. The downside is that the shop is located on a fairly steep slope, and the road down isn't very large. At first, when I went, seeing the slope scared me to death :)))) so those who are weak drivers or afraid of heights should consider it. Will visit the shop again if I have the chance to return to Da Lat!

It is the first time I went to a place that I had to go on maps to leave a review. The matcha is right up my alley, just like the places I usually look for to experience and similar to the spots I often drink at in Saigon. The cafe has a very warm, quiet, and lowkey vibe (I absolutely love it). I felt very close because on the day I came I met a lady and a guy making matcha, both 2 of whom spoke softly and were very cute. The way to the cafe is a bit steep, but it is already a Da Lat signature, so it is not a problem for me. Highly recommend Chip’s Corner to everyone.

Super delicious matcha x100. I find the price reasonable, super chill vibe, super beautiful. A bit hard to find but so worth it!!

Found the place while searching for a cafe on maps. Coincidentally, the cafe has the same name as my hometown, so I dropped by ^^ I ordered Double Matcha, but I still felt the Matcha flavor wasn't highlighted much, though it was still drinkable. The male staff were also handsome and cute. The cafe has a few mosquitoes, so you should wear long pants 🥺😞
