Refined rooms feature flat-screen TVs, Wi-Fi, and safes. All rooms have mini-fridges, tea and coffee making facilities. Some rooms have windows and lake views. The hotel offers room service. There are 2 restaurants, including 1 restaurant serving European cuisine. Other amenities include 2 bars, a bakery, and a gym, along with massage and beauty services.
I just held my wedding party at Colline on 24/5, so I'm coming back to write a quick review for everyone 🥹🤍||I live in Saigon so I searched for restaurants mostly online, checking "7749"; in the end I picked Colline because Ms. Trang - BQSM gave super enthusiastic and lovely advice 🫶 From food tasting to brainstorming ideas for the party, she supported us with all her heart.||On the wedding day, fortunately everyone praised everything from the hall and food to the service staff. My mother-in-law even said the food that day tasted even better than on the tasting day 😭||Thank you to Colline and especially Ms. Trang (Ms. Sammy) for helping us have a complete party beyond expectations 🤍||Oh, any ladies who are preparing for a wedding and considering Colline, feel free to go for it 😆 Don't listen to negative comments and get scared, because I also heard them and just ignored them completely. And after experiencing it for real, I found it not like those online complaints at all. This is an honest review from my own experience because I am so impressed and super satisfied that I wanted to share it with you ladies 🫶
In terms of location, this is 1 hotel with a wonderful location. Walking just a few steps from the hotel leads right to the Da Lat market. Regarding 1 high-end hotels, Da Lat has many, but for that location, Colline is probably top tier. Reception and housekeeping staff are relatively professional, supporting guests wholeheartedly. I stayed in a Premier Deluxe room priced at 5.890.000/night with a panoramic view of Da Lat (online booking is cheaper). For my room category, I got breakfast buffet, with relatively enough dishes; the food for me wasn't too exceptional but acceptable. I was also gifted an afternoon tea set including 2 teapot and 2 pastry tray (not delicious but quite elegant). However, on the first day there were enough 2 hand towels in the bathroom; the next day I didn't see all 2 towels refilled, and I forgot to inform reception. When checking out I was asked, but after hearing my explanation, the hotel didn't make things difficult, just asked me to sign a statement, which was okay; at many other hotels, I would probably have had to pay for that towel. The room bathroom had an unpleasant sour smell, but there was an essential oil diffuser in the room, which helped when turned on. Pillows and blankets of 1 bed had a strong smell of urine (my room had 2 single beds; pillows and blankets on my bed didn't smell, but my friend's bed did). The hotel supports early check-in and late check-out, which is rare for hotels around 4-5 ⭐️, so I rate it highly

I stayed here for 5 days and had a very good experience. Breakfast buffet is complete and super delicious. The hotel is near the center, easy to move around. Very convenient for families with young children. Great service from the front desk to the security guards and the housekeeping staff. I lost my things 2 times and a male staff named Long helped me a lot. I will return
Colline brings the feeling of a well-operated hotel. Clean rooms, diverse breakfast, and a staff team always ready to assist customers. In particular, the friendly service attitude and attention to every small detail are what make the difference. I will definitely return whenever I have the chance to visit Da Lat.
I rented a premier deluxe room, the room was not very big but had a view facing the night market so it was lively. The staff were cheerful and enthusiastic, knowing how to assist properly and handle situations appropriately. Other services were at an acceptable level. The valuable point is the very beautiful location so you can walk around quite conveniently to experience night services.
