The bus station has full amenities, strong Wi-Fi, and cheap food. There is an automatic check-in system for Futabus that is no different from an airport. Giving 3 stars because it is too noisy; I don't know what management was thinking broadcasting over the loudspeaker at full blast in the shuttle bus area. Sitting in the waiting room with no connection to it, yet hearing the bus dispatch loudspeaker like a market: who is going to Cau Dat, who is going to Lang Biang, who is returning to the center... I suggest removing it or making the loudspeaker just loud enough to hear in that area. Let passengers have peace and quiet.
The main bus station of Da Lat. Mainly Phuong Trang buses. Very large area with both 2 front & back lots. You should listen carefully to instructions because the boarding location varies depending on the destination. The main lobby is spacious, but on weekends it is often overloaded due to the excessively large crowd. Clean restrooms. Friendly guidance staff.
