Also known as the Chicken Church (because there is a chicken-shaped weather vane on the roof) or Saint Nicholas Cathedral. This is considered the oldest and largest church in Da Lat, associated with the history of the city's formation and development. The construction took 11 years (from 1931 to 1942) according to Priest Céleste Nicolas's design. The church was built in Romanesque architecture, and inside there are many very beautiful and solemn stained glass windows. When visiting, everyone can just park neatly on the right side.

The church is located 900m from Sacred Heart Church Da Lat, and 1700m from Xuan Huong Lake. Da Lat Diocese is located entirely within Lam Dong Province, consisting of 7 deaneries: - Don Duong Deanery - Duc Trong Deanery - Da Tong Deanery - Di Linh Deanery - Bao Loc Deanery - Madagui Deanery - Da Lat Deanery Da Lat today has been known since 1893, when Dr. Alexandre Yersin, a talented, devoted, and courageous scientist, crossed forests and mountains many times to discover this beautiful plateau land. At the end of month 4, 1920, Bishop Quinton, Apostolic Administrator in Saigon, decided to establish the Dalat Parish and sent Father Frédéric Sidot to come and establish the first parish of Da Lat. The current church is the 3 church of the Da Lat parish, with the foundation stone laying mass for construction on Sunday morning 19/07/1931 and inaugurated on Sunday 25/01/1942.

The church is very spacious and airy, with almost nothing to complain about, not old or ancient at all, even though it is a cathedral!
I attended the Christmas morning mass 5:15 (morning). The priest read loudly and clearly. Many great hymns. Pros: Each column has a TV screen making it convenient to read prayers and hymns. It is very warm inside the church. The interior seems to have just been renovated, so it looks very beautiful. Parking does not require a card. Cons: Nothing to complain about, so beautiful, so spacious. Note: Those who are not Catholic, when attending mass, please do not take the Holy Eucharist
I am not religious, but I really like the church's architecture. This is the main cathedral, also known as the Chicken Church. Inside, there is parking for motorbikes and cars. It was decorated so beautifully during Christmas. The outside can also be a check-in spot with the Vinaphone tower, haha =)) I find that turning on the lights in the evening looks prettier :3 but after 8PM I saw it was closed.
