Da Lat Station – Indochina's beauty in the heart of the mountain city 📍 Overview: This is the oldest remaining Indochinese train station in Vietnam, featuring 3 pointed roofs (symbolizing the 3 peaks of Langbiang) combined with French style. 📸 Pros (Reasons to visit): Unique architecture: The space here is extremely photogenic. The blend of classic yellow, old tiled roofs, and old steam train cars creates a very artistic and nostalgic photo background. Old train experience: You can buy tickets for a short tourist train trip (about 7km) to Trai Mat. Sitting on a wooden train car, moving slowly to admire the streets and flower nurseries on both sides of the road is quite an interesting and relaxing experience. Train car cafe: Recently, there is an added cafe service right inside an old train car; sipping a drink in this space is very chill.
Ticket price is 78k for a one-way trip. Acceptable for a 1 train trip with an artist playing the saxophone very well. Chill and deep. However, upon arriving at the station, there is nothing next to do. The scenery along the road is also nothing special, probably because of going during the day. Recommend everyone to go at night, it will be prettier and more fun.

My first time experiencing Da Lat station, right after buying tickets I really felt disrespected, because the uncle who checked my tickets to let me through the gate showed a very harsh attitude and glared at me. I chose a ticket for both sightseeing and cafe, but I didn't notice and handed over the cafe ticket by mistake, so he kept telling me to hand over the sightseeing ticket again, which was no big deal. Since it's for tourism for even international guests, this uncle has such an unusual manner. Customers entering to visit also buy tickets, they aren't coming in to beg so that he has to glare so horribly. I'm writing this so that everyone entering the station looks carefully at their tickets to avoid handing over the wrong one so you won't get glared at...
Seen from afar, Da Lat station has a shape similar to the majestic LangBiang mountain peak with 3 pointed roofs jutting out at the base vertically, the front of the station has three triangular pointed peaks symbolizing the three mountain peaks of LangBiang along with a clock marking the moment Doctor Yersin discovered Da Lat, while the tiled roofs at the base of the triangle are the mountainside area. This is a must-see spot when going to Da Lat. Entrance ticket 50k (a bit expensive), train ticket not yet included
