Da Lat Taxi

The taxi driver (4-seater Kia, license plate **49A-114.56**) showed signs of dishonesty. My family booked a taxi to Lien Khuong Airport, departing from 59 Dang Thai Than, Da Lat. Upon arrival at the airport, the driver charged **550,000 VND**, even though the standard taxi fare from Da Lat city center is usually **300,000 VND**—meaning we were charged nearly double! From the very beginning, when we entered the vehicle, we clearly told the driver we were going to the airport, but he failed to inform us of any differences between service packages. I later called the switchboard, but they claimed it was the customer's fault for not specifying the 'airport trip' during the initial booking. Upon arrival, the driver charged 550.000 VNĐ, whereas the normal fare from Da Lat city center is only about 300.000 VNĐ — meaning the price was inflated nearly double! Right from getting into the car, we clearly stated the route to the airport, but the driver completely failed to advise or inform us about the difference between service packages (flat-rate vs. meter). When I contacted them to report it, the switchboard blamed the customer for not announcing in advance that it was an airport trip when booking the car. I am very disappointed and will never use this company's service again.

Prestigious service, airport shuttle, cheap Tour

I have used their service twice. It is rare to find people willing to go the extra mile or spend extra time to enhance the value of their service. I am very happy that such people still exist. They are friendly and kind. I can only highly recommend them even though they didn't ask me to write this review. This is probably one of the best service providers in Da Lat and I hope that will continue to be maintained.
