Dalat Edensee Lake Resort & Spa is an ideal choice for those seeking peace amidst poetic Da Lat nature. This place offers a relaxing resort experience with breathtaking scenery and attentive service.
After much hesitation, I finally chose a destination for a few days of slow living, returning to Edensee. The location is convenient for coming and going as the roads have been well upgraded, plus the shuttle bus service adds convenience when needing to go into the city. After a quiet morning meditation and enjoying a tasty buffet at the resort, it was time for a mindful walk along the lakeside path. The clean, quiet road along with the cool, fresh air was a wonderful experience we achieved. The staff members were always smiling, friendly, and enthusiastic, seemingly present whenever we needed them. From the short-haired housekeeping staff member, to the receptionist named M.C, to the driver named Đ., they were truly the bridge between customers and the resort's 5* service. 2 the shuttle bus driver on 6 & 7 of last month 3 was also wonderful. Special thanks to the staff member HY, who supported the booking and prepared everything ready before we arrived! We will be back! "Room 314" says thank you!
After busy Tet days in Dalat, I had 3 nights at the beginning of the year in Tuyen Lam Lake needing peace, gentleness, and a quiet space surrounded by pine forests and the lake surface, so Dalat Edensee was the choice. A classic European village-style design located in an isolated position on a peninsula by the banks of Tuyen Lam Lake. An interesting thing to know is that this is home to many peacocks in a large property released naturally, and every day I encountered flocks of peacocks walking freely around the villas and pathways in the resort, even coming right to my room door. The peacocks here are quite bold, but sometimes they can call at night or early in the morning, which might slightly affect those sensitive to noise. Even more interesting and lovely is that it is home to many natural wild bird species, creating relaxing nature sounds every morning I walked around the lake. ●The resort is located far from the center so the road is quiet and dark at night; in return, the space is extremely quiet and private. The resort provides a free shuttle bus service between the resort and Da Lat city center for guests and vice versa according to a fixed schedule. ●I chose Camellia Suites, a lakeside villa designed in classic German style, offering a luxurious and romantic space with a fairly large room area. All views look out to the green space of Tuyen Lam Lake, which is very beautiful. Everything was well worth it. ●In addition, there are services such as Kayaking, archery, tennis, a Pickleball court, a zoo tour (feeding deer and peacocks), and a heated indoor swimming pool with many choices. ●In my opinion, breakfast needs improvement to be better, with attention paid to keeping the food warmer. Even dinner had nothing special in flavor and wasn't really bad, but paying for a meal at a price that isn't cheap makes me think it needs to be more deserving. However, I was quite satisfied with the Strawberry Spring Rolls served in the room, which had a fresh and refreshing taste. It's great to enjoy these quiet moments. Everything I had here was well worth it. A place worthy of recommendation and I think I will return soon as it is a suitable choice for me.

The hotel is wonderful, the hotel location is truly excellent! Pine forests, lakes — everything is very beautiful. The hotel grounds are extremely well maintained, really very beautiful! You can walk and enjoy it all day, especially during the day when people are on tours and the hotel is quite empty. The hotel has a convenient shuttle service to the center of Da Lat and vice versa, operating 3 times a day. A one-way taxi costs from 100.000 dong. The room is spacious, with a very special atmosphere. As many people wrote in reviews — the interior is a bit old, but that also adds its own charm. Breakfast has a wide selection of Vietnamese and European dishes. We stayed here during the 1/5 holiday so the hotel was completely fully booked, the staff did not have time to replenish dishes that ran out during breakfast. There were long periods of no food left, but after most guests checked out everything went back to being very good. However, the room has one major drawback — extremely poor soundproofing. Our room had an interconnecting door to the next room (which we did not want), so at night we were woken up by the neighbor's snoring. At 5 in the morning we woke up again because they woke up, and another neighboring room turned on the TV at 6 in the morning, making the whole floor seem to wake up accordingly. We requested a room change and the hotel moved us to the furthest villa with a surcharge, where it was just us staying. That was wonderful and we stayed there for the rest of the days. Now only the payment issue needs to be resolved — we booked on the hotel's official website with the pay-at-hotel option, but the money was deducted about a week before check-in. However, in reality the hotel did not receive that payment because the hotel's bank had not transferred the money to them. Currently we are still working to resolve this issue. Therefore, we recommend paying immediately when booking on the website or via booking apps. UPD Bank refunded us exactly one month later, and we immediately paid the hotel again. The issue has been resolved.
Good breakfast, I stayed here for 4 days, each morning had 1 different dishes. Good service staff, from the electric car drivers to the restaurant. Clean and airy rooms, many windows, will come back with family next time. Also served with 3 trips to the city to eat and play. Everyone should come here.
Cool, gentle atmosphere, especially in the early morning.|The gentle morning sunlight weaves through each canopy of the pine forest, creating shimmering streaks of light as if dancing in the fresh early winter air, warm rays of sunshine blending with the subtle chill drifting by. The early breeze blows softly, bringing the sweet scent of pine resin, making my steps along the path leading around the resort slower and more relaxed than ever. My family's trip seemed to open up a peaceful sky, where the soul could rest after busy, rainy days – leaving only the sound of the wind, birdsong, and tranquility spreading through every breath.|Well worth enjoying, I will return this year's Christmas season.
