Located on the edge of Tuyen Lam Lake, the cafe has a wide lake view, surrounded by pine forests, with a cool atmosphere true to the Da Lat vibe. Highlights include many miniature landscapes such as wooden bridges, swings, flower paths, and the "heart island" area overlooking the very beautiful water. Going early in the morning or in the light afternoon sun will result in bright, clear photos, less crowded, and easier to take pictures. Drinks are at an okay level, not too special, but acceptable compared to the ticket price which already includes a drink. Service is relatively fast on weekdays; on weekends it is crowded so you may have to wait. Overall, this is a place worth visiting if you want to find a peaceful corner, watch the lake, and capture some beautiful photo sets. You should choose an appropriate time to fully enjoy the experience.
I visited Happy Hill right at late afternoon and was truly 'captivated' by the sunset scene here. Sitting on a wooden chair facing Tuyen Lam Lake, with the sun dyeing the quiet water surface golden, the feeling was very peaceful. The space here is large, filled with hydrangeas and slopes of purple flowers stretching under the shade of pine trees. An extremely ideal place to escape the noise of the city. Friendly staff, meticulously cared for scenery, only thing is I went during Tet, so it was a bit crowded, but still quite spacious, and the drinks were delicious!!

I visited Happy Hill during the Lunar New Year, so the crowd here was very large. The cafe is located inside Tuyen Lam Lake tourist area; go deep inside from Tuyen Lam - Prenn Pass intersection to reach the cafe. I parked my motorbike on the hill slope and walked in, while cars park outside at the foot of the slope. The highlight here is the very beautiful natural scenery; I also heard the female owner is quite famous, wearing ancient costume to take photos with tourists. A row of wooden chairs and wooden tables allows tourists to both admire the poetic nature of Tuyen Lam Lake and enjoy drinks here. However, the entrance ticket price is quite high because it already includes a drink.
Happy Hill Da Lat 📍 Located at the end of Hoa Phuong Tim Street, Tuyen Lam Lake area, Da Lat. The road in is quite crowded with vehicles, especially on weekends and during the tourist season. 🚗 Cars usually have to park outside and then walk about 300m into the sightseeing area. Motorbikes can drive straight inside more conveniently. 📸 Happy Hill has many beautiful photo spots with the lake, grassy hills, and natural scenery characteristic of Tuyen Lam Lake. The crowd is quite large, mostly coming to experience and take photos following the trend from the "Co Long" area. ⚠️ Note: This area has only one entrance/exit, so during peak hours, traffic jams and slow movement easily occur. 👍 Suitable for tourists who like taking photos, sightseeing, and enjoying the natural space by Tuyen Lam Lake.
Happy Hill sits peacefully next to Tuyen Lam Lake, with an extremely "peaceful" atmosphere. The road to the cafe is also easy to travel, accessible for large vehicles with plenty of parking spots, and offers comfortable parking. The staff is enthusiastic; my family went with 6 people, and my father's legs were weak so he could not go down below, sitting only at the row of tables near the entrance to admire the view. My father received special favor as the staff member did not charge a fee, charging only for 5 of us. Before coming up to Da Lat, I showed my parents videos about this "peaceful owner", so when arriving in Da Lat, even though knowing the cafe has many steps and my father could not visit much or take many commemorative photos, he still wanted to come. By good fortune, my whole family got to meet, interact, and take photos with the "older sister". My family truly has many beautiful memories here. There are a lot of flowers, very beautiful and fresh. There are many virtual living corners, where you might just need to raise your device to get a beautiful photo right away. The drinks here are deliciously prepared, being among the few cafes in Da Lat with a beautiful view that also serve tasty drinks. This is a personal experience and taste, but when everyone goes up to Da Lat, you can drop by here to enjoy the extremely chill "peace" by Tuyen Lam Lake.
