Lululola

The attitude of the check-in staff and the barista needs improvement. Ordering and receiving drinks does not necessarily have to be done immediately when guests have just entered, especially for guests traveling with young children who are still settling into their seats (even when sitting right in the area opposite the drink counter). If this is a mandatory rule of the cafe, the staff could completely explain it in a gentler, more polite manner, instead of using an unsympathetic tone. This is my first time coming to Lululola, and before I could even experience the music, the service attitude made me lose all interest in returning. In Da Lat, there is no shortage of live music models. The important thing to compete is still the experience and the way to satisfy customers. The drink menu has quite few choices and is not really diverse. The wooden chairs do not have pads, or have thin cushions, so one cannot sit for long. In addition, the weather is cold, but the cafe does not have blankets available for guests to use, whereas some other places still support this, creating a more pleasant feeling for guests.

The cafe is beautiful, cozy, with good sound. First time coming to the cafe, there are 2 singers Tam Phuc and Truc who are cute, sing well, cheerful, and polite. Next time I go to Da Lat, I will visit the cafe.

The location on the access road right at Prenn Pass is quite narrow + many young people stop their vehicles to check in, making it a bit congested & dangerous. At times there is a bad smell drifting into the seating area, as if the cafe is located near a dump (quite strong odor). The sound and lighting investment is pretty good.

Sigh. I went because I remembered memories of my ex who took me here before. The day I came there was no music, but frankly Lululola has deteriorated so much lately. I don't know if it's due to tough competition with new cafes in Da Lat or because the cafe wants to focus on making shows. I watched a show here before too. But returning this time, I saw old, rickety tables and chairs. It looks like they haven't been repaired for a very long time. Trees and plants grow all over the place, uncared for. A few cafes nearby shine brightly in 1 corner of the sky, while Lulu seems to sit quietly in 1 corner. I hope Lulu will change and take better care of things. Coming now feels like 1 quiet pause. Hope Lulu develops like before.

The experience was okay, the ticket price was reasonable. Chill view, drinks were not very good. I went right when it rained, so the seats got wet, damp, and poor quality because they were made of wood. Sunny weather would be ok.
