MerPerle Dalat Hotel

Reading reviews, I saw many people complaining, but luckily my experience at hotel 1 on day was very good. Initially I went in to drop off my suitcase first and saw the staff member also receive and hand out slips quickly and neatly. At noon 12g30 I stopped by the hotel to ask and found out there was a room available, allowed me to check in early, the procedure was quick and neat, I hadn't even been served a welcome drink yet and a receptionist had already led me up to the room. Standard room category but also spacious, comfortable, clean, the toilet has heating and automatic washing and stuff which is quite cool. Floor 9 has a heated swimming pool, first time having the experience of going swimming in Da Lat, I liked it a lot. Some people complained about going by vf3 and getting attitude while I rented a motorbike, I rented a vario 160 not because I begrudged money for a cheap rental bike, I was just given an ugly bike by the shop, but going in and out many times I didn't see the security guard giving any attitude at all. The hotel lobby and elevator have a very nice fragrance, I don't know which brand's type it is. For the breakfast buffet I only ate a few dishes, but I saw there were many dishes not few, the pho was seasoned to taste and easy to eat. In short my experience at the hotel was very good. A small minus point that can be fixed is that the water in the afternoon is a bit weak, in the morning it is fine. And stick more door seals or something for soundproofing, because the noise from the street around seemed quite loud even though I stayed on floor 7

Good service. Friendly and enthusiastic staff support, from security guards to receptionists and concierges. Many spa services, gym,... Spacious area, beautiful design. The location is not too far from the center, convenient for going out to eat. The breakfast buffet area is a bit small.

Poor compared to the room price. Poor soundproofing, at night listening to car noises I could not sleep. Grand on the outside, but after staying it was beyond disappointing. A waste of money and time because I already bought it through Agoda. Huhu,…..

The hotel is large, quite new, and has a lot of rooms. The staff are very friendly and enthusiastically support guests, from the security guards, receptionists to the bellmen. The 2 breakfast on the day I stayed had very delicious dishes, diverse choices, and they were refilled continuously. However, the breakfast area was a bit messy, possibly due to the huge crowd during the holiday. The room is basic, not too special, with a city view. I liked the smart toilet because it was quite convenient and comfortable. The hotel is also located quite close to the center but feels completely separated from the bustling, crowded areas. You can easily move to the center by taxi or motorbike within 5-10'. The hotel does not have a rental service, so you can contact an on-site bike delivery service. There is free underground parking for motorbikes and cars for staying guests. Will return to the hotel if I have the chance to go to Da Lat.
