I had a 4-night stay here. The service exceeded my expectations. The hotel's policy is always flexible for customer satisfaction. Enthusiastic, cheerful, and friendly staff. I will definitely return on my next vacation.
The staff are super friendly and cute. The room is also good, fragrant, and clean, except that it faces the street so it is a bit noisy and wakes you up early in the morning.
My family had a good experience here. The reception staff were super cute and enthusiastic. Breakfast has changed compared to before, but everything is good.
EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED I have never stayed in a place that was as gloomy as this one, the room was tiny and completely different from the photos posted on the app. After going out for about 4 hours and coming back, there was even a musty smell 🤢. A 4 star hotel that has no uniforms for staff, making it impossible to tell who is staff and who is a guest. The worst part was the awful way the staff handled things when I brought a friend to the room to pick up stuff after 10 PM. Instead of reminding me from the beginning that outside guests were not allowed, the staff chose to stalk the guest. When both 3 of us had entered the elevator and the elevator was almost closing, a 1 male guy stepped in and pressed floor B1 🙄. At this point, we just thought this guy was a 1 male guest who lacked tact by trying to squeeze into a tiny elevator together with 3 females while he wanted to go down and we were going up. Inside the elevator, this guy stared at us with scrutinizing eyes, making me feel uncomfortable, so I started paying attention. When we got out of the elevator and walked all the way to our room door, I still saw him poking his head out looking at us. This is PERVERTED BEHAVIOR, VIOLATING PRIVACY that made us feel scared. After that, I received a phone call from the receptionist reminding us that guests were not allowed after 10 PM, so we realized that the pervert earlier was a hotel employee following us to find out our room number. Even so, I didn't feel any safer when an employee engaged in stalking guests and even hid it by pressing a different floor number like that.
