If you are looking for an accommodation with extremely cute and attentive staff, along with clean rooms and beautiful views, Pine Town Dalat is an option worth considering. It also features a lovely balcony, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the Da Lat atmosphere.
I am giving an impartial review. Honestly, everything was not quite what I expected, but overall it was still okay. Regarding the staff/reception, I found that you supported my team very enthusiastically, from answering messages to handling arising issues, everything was very good. I booked a room and made a video call late at night, but the home was still happy to assist. My team had an odd number of 1 people for 1 rooms, so the home had a discount option. My team booked 4 rooms on the same 1 floor, but 1 room had a slightly obstructed view, so the team suggested that the home let us stay in 1 other room with a direct front view like the remaining rooms to match the money we spent, and the home quickly assisted us with that issue. It is precisely because of this dedication that I really want to recommend the home to everyone. But besides that, because the home is built entirely of wood, there is no soundproofing. We could really clearly hear the conversations from the room on the floor above, the floor below, and the room next door talking to each other, even though every room had its doors closed and was even 1 floors apart. During the day, we could still accept it because basically when awake, everyone usually goes about their activities and noise or the sound of footsteps is unavoidable. But even at night, noise and continuous chatting were generated, which really affected anyone else. Therefore, I find this place completely unsuitable for those who are sensitive to noise, especially when sleeping. The time I booked the home was at the end of the lunar year, so it was very quiet with few guests, but I still felt quite noisy 🥲 I checked reviews and saw that the BBQ yard area had a view facing the greenhouse area and the hills, so I boldly finalized the room, but when I arrived, that yard area had now been renovated into a cafe campus and the BBQ yard was moved up to higher ground, with an obstructed view, 3 side of the yard being a house wall, so my team was very disappointed! Anyone looking for a home with a BBQ yard like me should consider it. The restroom system was also not very stable; my team booked 4 rooms and 2 of the rooms had problems. One room had inadequate drainage + erratic hot/cold water. The other room had difficulty flushing the toilet. In the room, there was no central air conditioning system or heater either, so whatever the temperature was outside, the temperature inside the room was similar. The balcony design is very beautiful and safe, but there are no balcony partitions between rooms, so people in this room can walk over and stand in front of another room's door, and because the balcony direction is glass, others can clearly see you inside the room, which is a bit inconvenient and there is always a feeling that anyone can see you at all times. And if you pull the curtains shut, you can't see the view anymore. There are also no lights outside the balcony, so sitting and chilling in front of the balcony in the evening is completely impossible (because you can't see anything). The home's location is a bit far from the center, making it difficult to rent a motorbike and ask them to bring it to the home, so everyone should consider picking up the bike first and then riding to the home to avoid being rushed. The road to the home is slightly steep, so automatic scooters can still go in and out comfortably. But the location is about a 10-15-minute motorbike ride from the center, so it is quite inconvenient for those who are afraid of the cold and tired of traveling far. In summary, with a price of nearly 500/night, I feel not very satisfied for the above reasons. But it cannot be denied that the customer service team at the home is very enthusiastic and dedicated. So I would still recommend it to those who like the wooden house style and don't mind noise. It's just a bit confusing because my team was reminded not to let the baby stomp on the floor because it would cause noise at noon, but late at night, the female guest in the next room was humming and talking loudly all night, and no one was seen reminding her at all. And that whole night, everyone on my team lost sleep because there was too much noise and we had to listen to that female guest's singing all night. Overall it is 5/10. But still rating 4 stars because the attitude of the home was quite ok.

The owner and staff are super cute. I booked on Agoda and the system had an error so the price was super cheap, but the hotel still accepted us and welcomed us super warmly! The room is clean and new!
Beautiful view, the manager couple is super cute and very helpful. I really liked how they took care of the guests, will definitely visit again next time
The room is clean with a beautiful view and a spacious area, suitable for organizing outdoor BBQ activities. Generally relatively okay. Oh, but the Homestay does not have indoor slippers. Hopefully this small point will be added for a better experience
Super cute room, love the balcony. The housekeeper is super enthusiastic 🥰 10 points
