The staff attitude was very unpleasant. When driving into the parking lot, a few massage staff members were extremely unpleasant. The hotel should review these massage staff members.
Located right in the center of Hoa Binh Area market, so everything is convenient. The only thing is the car parking spot is tiring.
My booking at another hotel was canceled, so I decided to look around to urgently book another room at a different hotel and managed to book Royal Hotel. Overall, good service relative to the price. I visited the reception desk to get help renting a motorbike, and Ms. Kim was very enthusiastic and the procedures were very quick. However, during my stay, I encountered a few small issues with the room, but the receptionist Ms. Tram assisted in resolving them. Shout out to the receptionists, and if given the chance, I will still book here again.

The hotel has good room prices, located right in the center, very close to walk to the market. Clean and beautiful room with convenient furnishings. Enthusiastic and friendly staff.
Very good location, but the interior is degraded, especially the hotel DOES NOT have spare pillows for accompanying young children. Booked 3 rooms, asked for 3 pillows for the kids, but the hotel said the rooms were full so there were no pillows, yet the hotel sign was still displaying available rooms 😅
