Visited with friends, I went with my small family, the road in is quite beautiful and chill, though in reality it's a bit winding, but if traveling from afar, the scenery on the way in is wonderful. The best thing is the landscape and atmosphere, there is a playground for kids, amenities and breakfast similar to other resorts. Spacious parking lot, there is a slightly sharp turn.
Our family had a 2-night stay at the Resort on 28/10 - 30/10 room P423, P421. Everything was great when we arrived, but we stayed in 2 rooms and HK only cleaned and changed towels in 1 room P423 and items were lost (phone charging cable) inside P423.. When I asked, I received answers from the staff saying there wasn't any. Really bad
Plus points: Wonderful breakfast buffet, very delicious 5-star standard Views from any angle are beautiful, just raise the camera and you get a picture-perfect shot Polite, gentle, very attentive staff Minus points: none
At first there was breakfast, but later moved to Swiss Bel, quite far away. And after that it closed permanently until now.
This place is closed everyone, not sure why many people below still leave reviews, probably confused with Swiss-Belresort (which is very far from this place)
