SON DA LAT MOTORBIKE RENTAL

I rented 1 Vision bike from 26/5-30/5/26, when receiving the bike, the staff delivered it on-site and quickly. The bike price is 120k/day, instead of 100k as advertised on tiktok. When the staff finished instructing about the bike, he ran back immediately, I stood struggling for 1 while to load luggage then discovered the trunk button could not be used. I called the hotline right away and he told me you have to press hard on it to open. So your side delivered a new bike but the trunk button was already broken. Personally I also ride a vision bike so when renting a bike I rented a vision again to travel, because I use the trunk very often so this detail made me feel quite inconvenient. The trunk button is very hard and must be pressed hard to open. Furthermore I rented for long days but there was no raincoat, I wanted to rent for 1 more day but texted on zalo then no answer even though on the morning of 29 I called asking the owner to check my zalo message. In the end still no one answered. The staff also did not grasp the customer's rental time, initially I rented for 4 days but extended for 1 more day, when picking up the bike the staff still charged the price of 4 days then after that called me back because of wrong calculation and asked me to transfer money for 1 more day's price, very annoying. I gave direct feedback to the staff and that side also only said sorry and didn't receive any further message from the owner at all.
