The front desk staff were enthusiastic, cute, and handled problems flexibly and quickly to let guests check in early because of a small baby. The rooms were clean, airy, and spacious. Rich menu and delicious food. My family was very happy and satisfied when staying here. - First time staying at a 4* hotel and having a power outage. - Coming to Sunday morning, the experience was really bad; extremely few staff, so: + Drinks ran out and were not refilled + Indifferent staff + Thick noodle soup: fish cake was sourer than tomatoes + Nobody cleared tables + Food felt like it was not quality assured

The resort is located deep in Tuyen Lam Lake, for those who want a getaway and love nature. The rooms are fully equipped, pillows and mattresses are very comfortable, the TV is an old generation that cannot connect to the internet. Breakfast buffet dishes are well-seasoned but not very varied. Surrounding trees are cool, there are flowers and grass, but there are not many photo spots. There is an outdoor swimming pool and an indoor heated pool. Right in the lobby, there are 2 gaming computers, a pool table, and a piano for guests. The gym is quite new. Wifi outside is quite weak. Food in the resort is also delicious and quite expensive. Because it is a nature resort, it is far from the center (16km), the hotel arranges free shuttle buses at fixed hours, which is quite convenient, the bus is spacious and new, driving quite fast, electric buggies inside the resort run continuously. The road in is quite deserted with a few turns, so limit traveling on your own in the evening.
Waking up and opening the door, realizing I am in the middle of a pine forest — the sound of rain falling peacefully, birds singing, clouds gently wrapping around the mountain peaks, everything is strangely peaceful. The room is spacious, with beautiful and meticulous interior. The breakfast buffet is delicious, with a diverse variety of Asian and European dishes. The security guards, receptionists, and housekeeping staff are always friendly and very dedicated in their support.
