Thanh Buoi – Da Lat Office

My experience with Thanh Buoi when sending goods from DL to Bao Loc was good. The staff handled it quickly and helped me pack and provided tape. The price was also okay. Since I often use the company's service and find it fine, I hope this review adds a positive perspective for everyone. Because usually not many satisfied people come here to write a review 😁

The private bus station is very grand, clean, and beautiful. The trip schedule was enthusiastically advised and departed on time.

The service quality of the staff is very bad. I booked a ticket to Saigon and asked for more information about the trip, but the staff answered in an indifferent manner, just answering to get it over with. I interacted with 3 staff members over 2 days, both middle-aged and young, and their attitudes were almost the same, not caring about customers, condescending voice, and like they didn't want to answer.⚡👎

The bus runs very slowly from Ho Chi Minh City to Da Lat, taking 10 hours. I hope the bus company fixes this, otherwise it affects passengers a lot due to stopping at many places to pick up passengers.

Fee is too expensive, sending 900km from Can Tho to Binh Dinh with Phuong Trang bus company cost 508k for a total of 77kg, while sending with Thanh Buoi from SG to Da Lat for 300km weighing 80kg cost 1mil4, really don't understand? Same type of goods....
