If you are looking for a peaceful place to sip coffee and enjoy a private moment, "Thom" is a choice worth considering. The cafe has a pleasant atmosphere and carefully crafted drinks.
I really like this place, have visited a second time, and want to come back again, but I hope the cafe reads this message and pays attention to what I am about to say. I hope that next time I come here, I will see the cafe improve, and I will edit this review. 1, Right when entering the cafe, even though it wasn't very crowded, the music was quite loud; with a spacious area like this, multiple small speakers should be placed scattered around several spots. If there is no intention to do so, the music should be kept lower, and turned up gradually as tables fill up to suit the atmosphere. But since the cafe space is quite large, installing additional speakers would be better. 2, The restaurant has a wine menu, so with white wine, at least 1 bottles of each type on the menu should be chilled in advance, rather than only chilling the bottle used for serving by the glass. This is very important and can affect the mood of a group of guests who want to enjoy the cafe's atmosphere and party vibe; drinks should be served promptly for toasts. Especially if guests order mineral water, that item should be served first, because the Da Lat climate makes the skin dry and chapped. 3, Regarding food availability, please monitor the cafe's inventory very carefully. Because some guests only have the chance to visit once and spend that precious time choosing Thom restaurant, having menu items out of stock—and not just a single item—is quite disappointing and disheartening. This is not only a regrettable feeling for guests but also very regrettable for the cafe. I just want to leave 3 such suggestions for now. Otherwise, the staff are young, cute, gentle, and enthusiastic.

I just dropped by Thom – A Thom from Da Lat and felt a true "gentle Da Lat" vibe – no need to be flashy yet still making people want to sit for a long time. The first impression is the rustic space, just old enough to be poetic: a wooden house in white and blue tones, windows decorated with very charming red pine wreaths, and inside there is a piano corner and music posters giving a nostalgic feel. Stepping outside is a lush green garden with sunlight lightly filtered through the tree canopy, looking far out to see the high sky and hills – sitting for a moment, one's heart naturally slows down. Regarding the food, I like the decently made "home-cooked meal" style: soft sticky rice in a pot, food brought to the table looking warm and well-prepared. There are a few additional "taste-changing" dishes like cheese pizza (fun to eat, suitable for groups of friends) and piping hot soup dishes perfect for Da Lat's weather. Overall, it's a full-stomach yet light-hearted feeling, not greasy, not overdone. Another plus is that the space is suitable for many purposes: dating, going with family, or simply needing a place to sit quietly – breathe – listen to oneself. For anyone who likes taking photos, every corner turns out beautiful: the wooden sign "One Meal", the glass door "One Fragrant Meal", the rows of trees, and the small table in the garden. If there is one small suggestion: ladies, remember to check the meal time slot 10:00–14:00 to experience the true "One Meal", while coffee is comfortable all day (07:00–22:00). I will come back, because here lies something very precious: comfort. (⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️)
I came to the cafe because I wanted to try the pizza that was reviewed quite a lot on Tiktok, and of course, the cafe did not disappoint me, the pizza was very delicious. The staff were very sweet and gentle; if you need a date spot, this is a perfect choice
My family had 3 people with a bill of around one and a half million, the cafe is cute, with a beautiful view, the day I went was the m2 of Tet and not too crowded. Everyone should book a table in advance to get a spot with a beautiful view
Huge praise for the chef 2. I chose 2 dessert dishes recommended by the staff and was very satisfied. Poached pear is sweet and fragrant with slightly tart lemon cream, the caramel crumbs in Crème brûlée are crispy, and the coffee foam cream is rich and aromatic😋. The food was so delicious that I had to order 1 additional plate of pumpkin soup and mushroom crostini. The view is poetic and the food is delicious. If there were a heater, I could sit here all day
