Visited in the morning, the spot was still empty. Due to the T12 time, flowers around the shop were also fewer. Coffee was mediocre and high priced (maybe due to location costs). Waiting time for coffee was around 15 minutes to get it. Staff was cheerful and attentive.

Nice space, cool right next to the lake. Drinks are a bit expensive but also creative and the menu has many items. There is lunch for 2 people priced at 330k/3 dishes.
Dirty, filthy, sitting and looking at Xuan Huong Lake through glass covered in bird droppings. Tables and chairs are very filthy, asked staff to wipe leftover food stuck on them and they had an attitude, had to say 5 times seven times before they wiped it Plus point is good tea, fear of dirtiness ruins the mood, but actually the cafe location is very beautiful.
