Room: clean, beautiful, spacious, fully equipped, and fragrant. Forest view is very pleasing to the eye Breakfast: delicious, changes daily, diverse Staff: quick, enthusiastically supportive, cheerful Plus points - If arriving early before check-in time, there is a lounge and bed to rest. There is an outdoor WC to use - Heated swimming pool Suggestions: - Should make a depth warning for the pool 1 more visually, recommend placing it right at the steps up and down the pool - Install a convex mirror right at the turn into the lobby so staying guests or cars going up/down the slope pay more attention, because the steep slope makes cars go fast, posing potential risks Overall, my family had a memorable vacation here, and will return to Zen Valley when we have the chance!
I had the opportunity to stay at Zen Valley Dalat and overall this was a quite satisfying experience. The first plus point is that the staff is very friendly, polite, and enthusiastically supports guests throughout the stay. From check-in to check-out, they create a pleasant and professional feeling. The rooms are clean, tidied neatly, and fully equipped with necessary amenities for a comfortable vacation. The space is quiet, suitable for relaxing and enjoying the fresh air of Da Lat. The breakfast buffet does not have as many dishes as some large hotels, however the dishes are prepared quite meticulously, with good quality and tasty flavor. To me, quality is more important than quantity so breakfast still meets needs well. In addition, the restaurant campus and surrounding area are kept clean, creating a spacious and pleasant feeling when walking or having meals.

My husband and I had a wonderful 1 honeymoon trip at Zen, the room had an extremely beautiful view, and the breakfast restaurant view was also amazing. The receptionists were cute, and I was impressed by the luggage attendant who helped us, though I don't remember his name. If I have the opportunity to return, I will definitely choose Zen.
Quality worthy of 4 stars, quiet, clean, cute, attentive, and quick staff, reasonable prices. Pros: clean room, interior equipment frequently renovated so it is very new, comfortable mattress bed, although full room it still doesn't feel bustling, breakfast with many dishes, beautiful view, very natural scenery, doesn't feel industrial. I go to Da Lat a lot but this is the most satisfying place, I will return every time I come to Da Lat so I don't have to look for a room. If there were an added spa it would be so great, but it's already 9.5/10. Everyone remember to book in advance. 🌷❤️
Good service, supports early check-in when rooms are available There is a breakfast buffet, but when I went it was not available, only a la carte so I could not experience many dishes, will probably return to try and eat Clean rooms, nice view, heated swimming pool, suitable for a vacation Both the 2 bungalow type and the mountain view are beautiful
