Amazing Xanh Da Lat - self-drive electric car rental

Pros: - Very professional service from start to finish - Very enthusiastic staff - Very quick and simple pick-up and drop-off process - Beautiful, reputable office - The car has tinted heat-rejection windows - Roaming service is (in theory) very convenient. I really hope the company succeeds so I can use this service forever. Cons: - The car battery is degraded or old, dropping unexpectedly, sometimes fast, sometimes slow without any pattern. Driving while constantly worrying whether I can reach the next station. - Charging cannot be fast, even though I changed to 3 4 stations, the charging speed only reached 3 at times, 4 at times, 5 kw at times. Charging for one hour, the car only gained 50%, driving less than an hour required charging again. A journey that should have taken 5 hours turned into almost 10 hours. So panicked that I had to draft behind 1 truck for the last 50km hoping to limp back to SG. In summary, I really hope the company fixes this issue. Check cars regularly so customers roaming are not given cars with such weak batteries. Or at least, do not allow VF3 for roaming. Wish the company success, hope to use the above service again (after improvements)^^.
