Although there are many large and small bus companies, I have been attached to Phong Phu for over 2 years with nearly 30 round-trip tickets, so I believe the service here will be a suitable choice for customers 🫶🏻

At first, arriving at the bus station in Da Lat, I found it spacious, cool, and served with free cakes and drinks, which felt quite okay. Looking at the bus from the outside, it looked new and fancy, so I thought it would be very good, but not at all, 1 extremely bad experience for the trip from Da Lat to HCM, trip on date 10/8/2025 departing at 10h30. The driver or assistant driver talked on the phone all night, spoke loudly, and swore during the conversation, making me very uncomfortable because it was not polite at all, customers could not rest on the bus, not to mention that even though the bus looks new, it runs with terrible noise and extreme jolting, plus the staff on the bus talked noisily too, the service attitude was very bad while the bus ticket was not cheap, but the quality and service received back were very bad. Going 1 time only, there will be no 2nd time. Ah, I advise everyone who wants to buy jam and cakes as gifts not to buy at the bus station, terribly expensive 1 large bag of dried vegetables sold for 150k a 1 bag, while the rest stop sells the exact same type for only 90k, so you know how much of a rip-off it is.
