An Anh bus company has pros regarding vehicles and proactive notifications about schedule changes. However, customer support services and service attitudes sometimes fail to satisfy passengers.
A very good experience when I chose this bus company during the holiday. My trip at 4:00 in the morning was delayed and 23:00 a staff member from the bus company called me to inform me of that information and changed the bus from a single seat to a double room, along with a refund of 10% of the ticket price due to the change in departure time. Although the departure was only changed by 30p, the bus company handled it very satisfactorily and calling to inform was better than nothing. 95 Nguyen Duy Duong has a ticket counter here with staff regularly on duty, and the back is where the buses wait for boarding. Trips are announced very clearly over the loudspeaker and departure times are accurate. Everything was very good, even though it was a holiday, the drivers still drove very gently without speeding or passing recklessly causing a feeling of insecurity. Next time I will still choose this bus company to go to Da Lat after experiencing both the departure and return trips during the recent holiday very happily and satisfactorily.
I booked a ticket for the Da Lat - HCMC route on 25/05/2026, departing at 14h30, bus license plate 50H-438.44. I would like to report a few issues as follows: 1. Driver yelling at passengers - Passengers' luggage was all tagged with identification information by the bus company. However, when arranging luggage onto the bus, the driver shouted loudly asking whose suitcase this was. Tagging information on luggage is to avoid loss and to identify which bus trip the luggage belongs to, so such behavior is unprofessional and causes discomfort to passengers. => I reported the incident via the bus company's Zalo, but the bus company explained that the driver was worried about losing luggage so he was hasty while assisting passengers. I find this reason unconvincing, because if there were already information tags on the luggage, verification could completely be done in a more polite manner. After I questioned back, the bus company stated they would remind and correct the driver. I am not sure if this will actually be done or if it is just a coping answer. 2. Driver smoking on the bus - The driver smoked inside the bus, causing a very strong smell of cigarettes, especially in the front area where I was lying. The bus stopped at rest stops twice, each time for about 30 minutes. Not to mention when approaching HCMC, the bus also stopped for about 15 minutes before the An Phu intersection to wait for the time to enter the center. There was completely enough time and suitable locations to smoke outside the bus instead of smoking right inside an enclosed space with many passengers. In short, this was a very bad experience and I will not use this bus company's service anymore. I will also advise my relatives and friends to avoid using this bus company. Best regards and never see you again!
This bus company is recommended a lot by word of mouth, but I see so many bad reviews. My personal feeling after going 2 times is that there are both compliments and complaints. Pros: new bus, beautiful interior, bus station in Da Lat is beautiful and huge, with food for guests waiting for the shuttle bus (sweet and savory pastries, cup noodles, guava, water) refilled continuously, pick-up and drop-off at the right points. On the trip, the bus ran fast and safely, comfortable and spacious berth, strong wifi, clean. Cons: the station in District 5 is small, cramped, and notifies passengers to get on the bus when it hasn't arrived yet, the waiting area in District 5 is dirty with a lot of mud, the bus doesn't depart on time, waiting for the shuttle in Da Lat takes a very long time, 40p. On the return trip, it didn't take the highway, taking 8-9 hours to reach SG. Don't understand why it took so long. In District 5 it's a bit inconvenient because SG passengers are dropped off at an empty lot in District 2, then transferred back to District 5 later, which is very chaotic, and luggage gets easily lost or misplaced without being organized by district. Lying right above the wheels is very bumpy and hard to sleep, the bus braked hard and abruptly a few times, startling me. Promotional ticket price I booked was 15/10 300k/double berth for 2 people, 1 tickets.
I've been using this bus company for 3 years, from 2023 until now, but the service is getting worse and worse. There is no longer a service to carry luggage for customers when arriving at the station in District 5. In Da Lat, I booked the 13h trip, but at 9h the shuttle driver called to announce they would pick me up at 11h, and if I couldn't make it in time, I had to catch a ride myself? So I accepted taking Grab instead of the shuttle. Arriving back in Saigon at 9h55 at night, I sat waiting until almost 11h before there was a shuttle to District 5. What a pity for 1 bus company that used to operate very reputably. 7-june-2026
An Anh is a bus company that originated in Phan Rang and later expanded to the Da Lat route, but recently An Anh's PR route has been terrible. The waiting room in DL has plenty of snacks and drinks, but in PR and District 5 bus station there is nothing at all, and the rest room is so dirty. Perhaps the bus company only focuses on DL and doesn't care about trips in other provinces. The main thing is traveling from PR to SG, but the driver never stopped for passengers to use the rest room. When asked, the driver just gave a vague answer to get it over with. Overall, a terrible experience; I will never take the PR - SG route with An Anh again. This is the waiting room and rest room in District 5, everyone can see there are no snacks or drinks at all. There are only 1,2 dusty drinking cups that no one dares to use.
