Mang Lin Pink Grass Hill offers a peaceful space, suitable for those looking for a place to relax, admire the scenery, and hunt clouds. Although the way up is a bit difficult, the romantic landscape here will be a memorable experience for your trip to Da Lat.
Following Google Maps directions, the path passes a few graves on the left side. From the foot of the hill, a group of people blocked the road to collect 50k/person. They said it was a jeep fee to get up. It felt clearly forced. Getting to the top… terrible disappointment. On the hill there is nothing except a few sparse pine trees, and the grass is not green or pretty like its name. The whole surrounding scenery is also average, no view worth the money at all. Especially trash everywhere, all kinds from plastic bottles, nylon bags... It looks very unsanitary and offensive. There is also a coffee truck up there, also accomplices with the jeep group. In short: Waste of money, waste of time, poor view, lots of trash. This is definitely the worst check-in spot on my Da Lat trip this time. Anyone intending to come up here should remember to check the map clearly, see if there are extortionists, to avoid being like us, coming back frustrated.
People usually come up here very early to hunt clouds and watch the sunrise. The road up the hill is very difficult to travel, but motorbikes and cars can still make it up. On the hill, there is a small cafe with chill seating, prices are also reasonable, around 30k/cup. Quite a lot of you come here to check in and take photos with the view from above; taking the trouble to go from early morning to hunt clouds yields prettier photos :))) In my opinion, apart from taking photos and sightseeing, there are not too many special activities. If you are not too fond of taking photos, you might find the experience average.
Mang Lin Hill is a destination well worth experiencing when visiting Da Lat 🌄 The space here is peaceful and open, with lush green coffee hills and fresh air. Strolling through the hills, enjoying the scenery and the tranquility brings a very relaxing, truly "healing" feeling. In particular, the view here is extremely beautiful, especially in the early morning with light mist – photos turn out very poetic and chill 📸 The local people are friendly and pleasant. If you have the chance, you can also learn more about how coffee is grown and cared for. This is a suitable place for those who love nature, want to get away from the noise, and find a peaceful corner in Da Lat. Very much worth a visit
*** Review - Rating *** Beautiful hill, spacious and cool atmosphere, lots of greenery for everyone to sit and chill, many photo spots, poetic and romantic scenery. The road up is a bit difficult; those with weak driving skills should consider carefully, steep, bumpy, with many obstacles like tree roots. There is a spontaneous cafe up there, everyone can bring their own drinks and snacks to enjoy, everything is free. Note: Please do not litter, be conscious of preserving nature and public hygiene, we are human beings not cows to be reminded constantly. Review date: 25/03/2026.
Not as famous as Co Hong Hill, however, this is also a place well worth experiencing when coming to Da Lat. You can only travel by motorbike to get to the top of the hill because the road is very steep. Therefore, if you go by car, please park your car at the foot of the hill
