If you are looking for a warm, relaxing retreat in Da Lat, Mua Wellness Hotel is a choice worth considering. This place scores points with its delicately designed space and extremely friendly staff, ready to bring you a pleasant vacation.
I just had a stay at Mùa Wellness Hotel Dalat and felt really disappointed with the service quality. Right from my arrival at the hotel, no staff proactively assisted with luggage. During check-in, the receptionist's operations were quite slow, creating a feeling of lacking professionalism and not truly caring about the guest's experience. The point that disappointed me most was that the staff introduced shampoo scents for guests to choose to experience. After I made my choice, the staff committed to fully preparing the corresponding products in the room. However, upon receiving the room, what was prepared was not as discussed. Throughout my stay, I also did not receive any addition or feedback regarding this issue. In the evening, I contacted the front desk to ask for more tea and a shaving kit. The staff took the request but did not inform me at all that the hotel could not provide tea. When bringing items up to the room, the staff only brought the shaver. Only when I proactively asked was it explained that the housekeeping department had left, so they could not find any tea. This shows a lack of proactiveness in communication and customer care. If a request cannot be met, guests should be informed from the beginning instead of waiting for the guest to ask before explaining. What made me dissatisfied was not the lack of a tea bag or some item, but the lack of consistency in fulfilling commitments and the passivity in the service process. A wellness experience is supposed to bring a feeling of being cared for and attended to, but unfortunately, I did not feel that during this vacation.
I had a really wonderful experience here during my recent trip to Da Lat. The space of the cafe is beautiful, cozy, and very delicately taken care of, creating a relaxing feeling right from the moment I walked in. The food was served quickly, presented beautifully, and tasted very delicious. I especially highly recommend the 4 Mùa Noodle dish, the broth is rich, the noodles are perfectly chewy, and the ingredients are very fresh. This is definitely a must-try dish when visiting the cafe. The staff are friendly, enthusiastic, and always welcoming to guests. Overall, from the space and food to the service quality, everything exceeded my expectations. Will definitely return when having a chance to come to Da Lat and highly recommend this place to everyone!

I booked here for my Dalat trip after looking into reviews on Tiktok. The hotel is very cozy, the staff are very enthusiastic, thoughtful, and take care of guests, plus there is a mental health care class for guests staying here. The room is clean, cool without even needing air conditioning, everything is very relaxing. The food is quite good quality when I ordered breakfast, and it is also very subtle when at the mini buffet everyone will see the calories for each dish. I will return here for my upcoming trips to Dalat 😍
The staff here are very cute, except for ..............the snobby little cat. 🤭 Choosing Mua as our place to stay in Da Lat was one of the wisest decisions for my family during this 30/4-1/5 holiday. It has been a few years since I returned to Da Lat, and right on a holiday, so the atmosphere was a bit bustling and chaotic, which I wasn't used to. But coming back to Mua felt relaxing. Everything from the architecture, interior, to the way the staff served and cared for guests surprised me. I stayed in a superior deluxe room with a diagonal view of the pine garden and the street, but it was still very chill and private. The room was spacious. Breakfast included (until 9:30): the staff will ask you to choose dishes so they can prepare ingredients to cook for the next morning. There are noodles, beef noodle soup, and shumai bread. Very neat and complete. Accompanying drinks include coffee, detox, and nut milk. I ordered a latte, which was quite strong in coffee and delicious. Service: the staff always smile whenever they see guests. When I went out to sit at the outdoor cafe table area, they always offered a glass of filtered water, sometimes accompanied by cookies, very cute. One surprising point was that when checking in, besides welcome drinks, they also introduced the scents of the shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, and soap set for us to choose. There were 3 scents. They were very nice to use, not making hair sticky. Decor space: rustic stone and wood, with a coastal feel. Temperate greenery. From the common area to inside the private room, it was very clean. The bed sheets felt super smooth, not itchy. The amenities in the room were all of good quality. Toothbrushes and toothpaste were 1-use Japanese items, brushing very gently. Parking: Motorbikes are parked on the sidewalk in front of the hotel entrance. Cars park on the curb (only 2 car can park right in front of the entrance, the rest can be left along the curb overnight). Minus point: The pillows were high and a bit hard, giving me a neck ache.
