Thien Trang Hotel is an accommodation option with a good location, enthusiastic host, and a relatively decent space. However, you should be prepared for fine dust issues and noise if you are sensitive.
The room is beautiful and chill, but there is a bit too much fine dust so the fine dust in the room should be improved, full of amenities, close to the center, and it would be ok to add internet TV too
Listening to TikTok reviews I came to stay, oh my goodness it was noisy, the room was small, and whatever was said downstairs could be heard upstairs, right down to the sound of slippers, I'm helpless, with this price it is not reasonable, and as for whoever says the owner is cute, the time I stayed she was very unpleasant
We went with 1 people for 1 room 3 nights at 400k/night, total 1200k. The owners were very enthusiastic and helpful. The room was clean, tidy, and quiet to rest. The TV was there but could not use the internet. Regarding the location, it is a few km from Xuan Huong Lake, Square, Go supermarket..., walkable. Water, personal hygiene tools, noodles, a hair dryer, and a kettle were fully provided. Based on my experience, I found it ok and worth experiencing.

The landlady is very friendly, the room space is also ok, reasonable price
Location: close to the center, about 1 km from Xuan Huong Lake, very close to walk to Da Lat station or Da Lat college. The road is open at both ends, nice road, 16-seater cars can enter and exit freely. Overall, I find the location prime and convenient for moving around. Rooms and prices: I think with an average price of around 250k/person it is quite okay. The room for 4 people is big, leaving 3 suitcases spread out on the floor is still fine, there is a window with a view of the neighboring house which is also okay. The room has 1 large mirror, 2 double beds are also comfortable. Many power outlets, free one bottle of water per person. Clean bathroom with enough hot and cold water. The downside is that it is a bit mosquitoey, soundproofing is a bit poor, and ventilation in the bathroom is not very good. If the bathroom happens to smell, it spreads to the entire big room, opening the window does not help :v Service: Personally, I do not have much sympathy for the female owner. I hope that in the future when issues arise, the female owner will have a more appropriate way to handle them so as not to ruin the fun for both sides as well as affect the guests' travel mood.
