Poor service, dishonest business, deceitful, so stay away from this company. Everyone should be careful when booking with this company to avoid getting frustrated. Riding their bus feels like paying off bad karma.

The driver driving from Sai Gon to Da Lat was sweet. But when I brought my stuff and motorbike to check in at the HCMC office, it was really exhausting. The bus didn't pick up in front of the office but forced us to walk back to the bus stop near the Cong Quynh three-way intersection. I had a lot of luggage and shipped 1 motorbike as well. My arm was recently operated on and still weak, so carrying luggage back and forth was very inconvenient. The bus operator should notify in advance so I could go straight to the pickup location. Not to mention asking to arrive at least 30-40 minutes early to drain gas and wrap the bike. When I arrived early, the staff hadn't even arrived yet. Information between staff members was inconsistent. I think the bus operator owner should have a specific process so that staff can work more smoothly and each department is more responsible for their work. The sleeper bus for couples (double bed) is only 1.5 times wider than a single bed (regular bed). You should book a single bed for 400k/bed, which is more comfortable. 700k/2 people in a double bed is very cramped, and being at the back of the bus makes it bumpy and noisy.

My first time experiencing Nguyen Kim Limousine's bus on the SG - DL route. The bus company was very helpful and polite. I arrived late due to rain, but the driver still waited without showing any annoyance. At first I was a bit worried, but after the trip I found it very OK. The ticket consultation staff was also super helpful. I’ll comeback with NK for future trips

First time taking it, good service, friendly shuttle service, spacious seats, I don't know how everyone else's reviews about the bus are, but I found it okay and comfortable.

The bus is quite on time with comfortable bed. I'm 1m72 and can sleep perfectly. The AC was working and the temperature is not bad. Vietnamese: The bus leaves quite on time and the bed is also quite comfortable. I am 1m72 tall and can still sleep comfortably. The air conditioner works, so the temperature is not bad either.
