Phuong Trang is a familiar travel choice for many passengers, providing shuttle services and basic amenities. However, you should be careful to keep an eye on your luggage and prepare for imperfect service experiences.
When I took the shuttle back to the hotel, the shuttle driver broke my suitcase while opening the trunk because the luggage arrangement was so careless that it fell and broke my luggage. The driver proactively apologized. But I gave a review on the app hoping to get financial support, not spiritual support. If in the case of taking 10 trips and all 10 trips damage the customer's property, they only receive an apology every time. The call center called and only apologized and kept insisting that this was an objective issue from both 2 sides. The driver was the person who loaded the luggage onto the vehicle and was also the person who unloaded it, I did not touch it at all, so the bus company should review this issue. VERY IRRESPONSIBLE TO CUSTOMERS.
On the way from the bus station to Da Lat night market, the driver of shuttle bus number 21 lost my luggage. But the attitude of the bus station manager was very poor and uncivilized

The attitude of the staff, the bald guy and the tall thin guy, was rude and impolite to customers. If I ever return, I will not use this bus company again. I hope Phuong Trang company takes action regarding the staff's attitude
I am writing this review to reflect on the service attitude and unprofessional handling by some customer service staff at the interprovincial bus station ticket office at 08:40 on the morning of 19/02. Trip Information: Route: Da Lat – Nha Trang Departure Time: 09:00 AM Number of Passengers: 03 people Ticket Codes: 532750978, 53250862, 532750969 During check-in, one of the three passengers had just undergone a hip replacement and could not climb onto the upper-deck sleeper bed. The group politely asked the staff for assistance to change their seats from the upper deck to the lower deck due to valid health reasons. However, the staff members including Nguyen Thi Vi Ha, Nguyen Thi Dieu Hien, and Tran Minh Cong had an uncooperative attitude, answered ungraciously, told the customers to go change the seats themselves, and claimed that this was a “company regulation” without offering any assistance whatsoever from the staff side. When the customers asked to see the specific company regulations (on the website or in writing) as a basis, the staff could not present any regulations to prove their words. In particular, staff member Nguyen Thi Dieu Hien had an arrogant attitude, disrespecting customers, creating a feeling of being looked down upon, which is very unsuitable for the role of customer service at a public transport unit. We are very disappointed because: The assistance request was entirely reasonable and humanitarian The staff lacked a spirit of customer support and passed the buck The communication attitude did not meet service standards, seriously affecting the passenger experience
FEELS TERRIBLE! - 1st: transfer from Da Lat bus station to the accommodation on An Son street, I turned on gg map to let the driver know the exact accommodation and the car could enter (already confirmed at the hotel that the car could enter and could drive out to the main road), this driver drove right past that alley and refused to drive my whole family in. Moreover, he spoke in a loud, impolite tone as if my family did something wrong forcing him to drive to that place. If he didn't want to drive, he could have spoken politely, I could have understood, but not this time. - 2nd: after the trip I reviewed on the app about the above issue, the system kicked me out before I could write a single word. Quality should be reviewed, it's not just about dropping off passengers, the bad aftertaste of PHUONG TRANG still lingers in me after this trip.
