I am a victim of the accident on the Ptrang SG- Da Lat bus departing at 9h00 from SG to Da Lat on 11/04, which flipped over in Lam Dong as in the photo.. I was sitting at the front of the bus, collided, broke the glass, and was thrown out of the bus into a water canal. My arms and legs were bleeding and scraped.. I even lost my hand luggage on the bus. I went to Da Lat in a state of panic. I called for support, but no one helped or asked about the passengers. The accident was caused by the bus line, passengers were injured, panicked, and lost a lot of belongings, but I didn't see any compensation from the bus line. Is this how PTrang works? I am a victim of the Phuong Trang bus to Da Lat on the morning of 11/4, but fortunately everyone on the bus was still okay. I booked an extra 1 return ticket for 13/4, but due to the impact of the bus accident the previous day, I wanted to change the return date to 12/4 at 8h30, hoping the staff would support changing the ticket. The ticket price changed unreasonably from 40k 1 ticket to 55k. Increasing even faster than gasoline prices, and even though there is a student ticket section, students are still charged the normal price 😞

All PT switchboards, if you want to call to book a ticket, you have to listen to hold music for 5' and still cannot book a ticket

The staff has a bad attitude towards customers, the staff refuses to work seriously, and looks down on customers. No respect for customers.
