Tay Nguyen Institute of Scientific Research

I just went on 1.6.2026; The institute is undergoing major renovations, so it is almost not open to visitors; if you want to go, you must contact them in advance so they can arrange to open the doors. This is my 2 time going, the previous time was 10 years ago. This time it coincided with International Children's Day, so they opened the doors for the kids to visit. There was a tour guide who gave very intuitive and cheerful explanations. This time, the institute cooperated with the UK to redo the entire display area, so it looks very modern with many specimens; in the future, there will also be video projection rooms and additional specimens. The current ticket price is very cheap, only 20k/person. A place very much worth visiting and learning.

I came on 1.6, the museum was still not fully open for sightseers, but luckily on the day I went there was 1 tour group celebrating a birthday so I snuck in. Free admission, the scenery is peaceful like an abandoned place, park your own car and look after it yourself. Also, reading the comments I saw some people complaining about being lured into buying goods, but nothing happened to me, there was 1 security guard who was also cute and told me to go down to the garden to see the beautiful plants and that was it, I wasn't nagged or yelled at at all.

Here there are 1 extremely cute and lovely security guards. The research institute now feels like an abandoned house ^^. It looks deserted and ancient, but in return, the photos turn out very beautiful. It looks very artistic. Anyone who hasn't been should try going because you don't have to buy a ticket or anything. It's all free

The place is temporarily closed for maintenance. You can only visit the adjacent flower garden. You can't even get close to the main building to take photos. There are 2 uncle and 1 aunt who are very cute. They explained clearly, but unfortunately even those 3 people don't know when it will reopen :(

I came on 27/5 and it was closed for repairs or something. This is the 2 time I have come here, but I have still never been able to get in!
