Yersin Park is a public park, a beautiful structure right in the center of Da Lat city next to Lam Vien square and looking out to Xuan Huong lake This place is spacious, clean, with many beautiful flower beds and flower carpets, public restrooms, and many local residents walking to exercise or sitting to rest here A work commemorating Yersin, a French doctor who dedicated his whole life to Vietnam.
yersin park is located next to xuan huong lake, about 11ha wide including 6 areas: Chinese garden area, nursery, exhibition house, international trade center, green tree planting area and settling pond. the highlight of the park is the statue of doctor alexandre yersin carved from a 36 ton granite block. the statue weighs 25 tons, is 2.5m high, 2.1m wide, behind carved with the motto "to give this person joy and that person coolness", placed in a solemn position on 15/11/2008. today, along with lam vien square, yersin park is a place to relax, admire the scenery, and stroll for dalat residents on weekends.
