A very good experience when I chose this bus company during the holiday. My trip at 4:00 in the morning was delayed and 23:00 a staff member from the bus company called me to inform me of that information and changed the bus from a single seat to a double room, along with a refund of 10% of the ticket price due to the change in departure time.
