Dreams Hotel is a lodging option worth considering with an extremely friendly host and a cute space. However, you may want to consider this if you are sensitive to noise or a light damp smell.
The hotel has very poor soundproofing, and the rooms have a musty smell. It clearly states breakfast is included, but when we asked, they pointed outside to eat on the street (dishonest in their work), yet there was breakfast for Western guests😟😟. The staff here treats people based on their faces, only enthusiastic with Western guests while ignoring us. Quite disappointed with the hotel's behavior😕.
The owner is sweet, I arrived at 4h in the morning and she still opened the door to welcome me, but I don't know why I booked on booking showing available rooms, but in the end when arriving to check in I had to transfer to another hotel
The service here is good, the scenery is beautiful, the space is airy, and the room is comfortable, overall 10đ
Last year going to Da Lat I stayed here, the room was clean, the owner was friendly, and the rental price was cheap too. So this year my family going to Da Lat I booked here again.
